is it COMPLETELY mayank's fault??

ok..apart from the fact that the drugs ka issue didnt make sense to me ( and to many other people ).. ther was still this thing.. after yest's epi, I saw many people blaming mayank..and saying how rudely he has behaved wid nupur.. and I agree, he has been rude to her for the past many days.. but one thing that really stricked me was.. how cud nupur actually believ that mayank was on drugs?? I mean, wen she herself claims to kno mayank so well..saying that "tumhe samajhne mein maine itna time waste kiya hain jitna ki maine board exams mein padhayi mein bhi nahin kiya".. and then prays to God ki "woh bahut hi pyaara ladka hain.." if she knows him soo well.. she shud kno that a person like him..wud NEVER take drugs!! he wud never even go near them.. and I think he was right wen he says to her "main drugs leta hoon..yeh sochne ki galti ek baar ki hain..dobara mat karna.." how cud she believ that he was taking drugs!! she is someone who wud always listen to her heart...more than to others...

I agree wat he said to her was a LOT more than wat was needed.. but then even she shudnt hav believed that he takes drugs..

I kno that a HUGE part in this was the way their characters hav been handled recently..so ofcourse u cannot entirely blame the both of them..( or rather blame both of them equally! ) but I hav been reading non-stop topics yest abt how mayank is at fault..but I also believ that a small part of her is at fault this time..

BTW.. hats off to arjun and rati for the fantastic performance yest!!! 👏 the eyes spoke everythin...👏 BRILLIANT!! no other words!! thank you creatives for giving us a jhalak of the "fiery" side of love that MayUr represent!!! 😳

I think that mayu wasn't at fault at all...it pained him to see that nupur doesn't understand him that's y he couldn't control himself... Nupur is also not wrong she's just soo naive... Actually it is a misunderstanding created by rv which caused them to fight...im Sure that they'll be frendZ soon... coz they need Each other..n I'm sure that they'll soon realize that...

yeah..i agree...d fault was not entirely of mayank..he cudnot bear d thot of nupur think dat he was on drugs!he luvs her for gods sake..it hurt him a lot... as mentioned above arjun n ratis performance was mindblowing...

That is where the creatives messed up Mads, they never realized that Nupur would not behave that way...they confused Nupur's innocence with stupidity and planned this awful drug suspicion track, although most of us are happy with the consequence of this track , we still have our qualms about the series of events that led to this consequence. The BLAME wholly and solely goes to the creative team only , not the characters......instead of going about this whole drug thing Mayank could have said all these harsh words the day she called him to find about his opinion on Sam Gunji's friendship when his mom was unwell.......it would have made sense, even her constant "RajKumar" talk could have been used as the premise, it would have made much more sense considering Mayank feels pinched by the fact that Nupur is unwilling to view him as her prince. He could have said something harsh like "your dreams will shatter one day and you will never find your prince" or something more caustic in a fit of rage hurting her and then they could have gone on with his realization process in which he would have recollected the Barn moments where she applauded him, the scene during the quiz where she offers her hand to clap with him as he finds it difficult to clap with one hand coz the other hand is in his sling, the scene after the fight where she applied astringent on his wounds, if he tries to reminisce the old times he will find ample of instances where Nupur showed how much she cares for him...ohh well there is no point in saying all that now, is there? Sigh!

Anyways, I WILL NOT BLAME NUPUR (or for that matter even Mayank), it is only and only the creative team's mistake

if he could act like sam then y couldnt she think he was on drugs. the sudden change in him made her think that, he had become friendly with her then again n then changed back to like he was b4.

Awesome post, Mads! I ESPECIALLY love the point you raised about how asinine this drug track was! Hope the ppl touting it for being 'amazing' just cuz of the good MN scenes yesterday are reading this.....lol


And I don't think it is completely M's fault....this was a situation that built up....Nupur pushed him too far by this drug suspicion....so I can understand both sides.....Nupur was clueless yet earnest and caring in her intentions towards him cuz she wanted to HELP him no matter how misguided she was......Mayank was just disgusted with her actually believing that he was on drugs and the stupidity of it probably pissed him off as she continued to hound him.

Ofcourse, by the end of it he did go too far by saying that he wished he had never met her.....but the end result was worth it cuz he saw how he hurt and we got such an amaaaaaaaaaazing MN scene!
