First of all -- hi 5. I'm a psych major too. (and I'm supposed to be reading my textbook right now, but I ended up back at the forum and started posting again so thanks for that, LOL. Just kidding. 😃)

Back to the point, you are right. I have done it too, but every time I feel like I have tried to like lower this wall between me and a fellow Mayurian, it has kind of backfired on me. But that's a whole different thing and why I'm ranting about that I don't know. Ok anyways, so what I mean to say is that, we are all MJHTians. We all love this show, we have been brought together because of this show. This show has given us our urs/ans. I think we should all be considerate of other people, but sometimes it doesn't happen. Sometimes, people do say things that offend us, but I'm sure they didn't mean to (sometimes). So my suggestion is that if you get offended by someone's post, you should just talk to them about it, say that it offended you. One example of something that has offended me in the past is that some people say Arjun-Sanaya are like siblings. That is your opinion and I respect it, and honestly, it doesn't bother me. Like at all. I am more concerned about Monaya, but that's disrespecting the people who like Arnaya. Now I can understand why you would someone would say they're like siblings because part of their urs is sort of being taken away. But not really because your couple will always be there! We don't want Mayank-Gunjan together in the show, like ever! (Well, I don't anyways. I think we all know Mayur and Sajan are MADE FOR EACH OTHER). Perfect casting and maybe we should all just stop trying to intermingle them.. but I blame that on SBS and the friendship that Arnaya share.

I can totallllllly understand ur point n OMG this is exactly our current topic in our psyhcology class, in-groups and out-groups...n how we are prejudice against the out-groups
N totally agree with it all...we can find n argue about each others differences all we want...but if we really want to we can find some similarities too n relate to the other person then n not fight about it
I really hope all the SaJanians and MayYurians who are biased about one couple...n thats including me, dont jus judge each other cz they like a jodi dat we are not particualry a fan of
This would defo help in all the fights n arguments that have been going on these days....dey are mainly bcz we don't like the other person bcz they like a diff jodi...even if their point is valid, we always take it negatively....n Im included in all this so me not some gud kid either
And Im sure if the same point is raised by the same person of our group, we listen to it, n sensibly access it instead of making unreasonable conclusion about other ppl's opinions

And loved ur example of US-Canada...LOLZ can relate so well to it...I always say I hate US n Americans whenever this topic comes up LOLZ but we are all the same at the end of the day...n these minor differences really dont matter
So to all the MJHT fans...we must remember that we have a common ground...n dat is MJHT...our fav jodis come after dat...n we can ALL discuss MJHT peacefully n happily if we want!

but yes zaara ur right - there r two sides to a coin...and not every1 has to choose the same side....that doesnt mean they r any diff than u...their choices r just diff..i (all my fewllow MNians know this) m a bit of an arnaya's friendship fan as well - i liek to see their offscreen scenes😊 and i cant change the fact that i like their friendship...but that doesnt mean im not a mayur anymore..i still amm....so like u said - u cant change ur fav's...just gotta respect each other's choices!😊
