The episode begins with Milan realizing RV was the injured guy in his house. He is very angry , sharman wants to talk to him but he rudely refuses. Manas too is surprised that he did not take him to the market as he himself was saying. What was wrong with him !!
At vaghela house doc is praising ishani for her TLC that caused miraculous recovery. Otherwise a coma patient takes very long to recover
Ishaani says she will publish his foto in newspaper so that his family recognizes him She asks doc when his bandages will be removed
Doc says today they will change bandages. Ishaani says she will performs puja and then take his pics RV thinks that today ishaani will see him and realize he was her real RV and the other guy was impostor
At mandir ishaani performs puja , she prays for the guy's fast recovery
Milan thinks that it was RV only who was crawling on the floor in his attempt to reach ishaani. He recognizes RV's angry eyes
He wanted to make RV reach his correct destination soon
Uske sahi thikaney pahunchaa dungaa
Milan thinks he better reach and act fast before ishaani and RV declare before the whole family
In another room disha throws a hysterical tantrum as Milan sends costume designer to design Manas's wedding sherwani etc
She throws the dresses and orders those guys out .manas tries ti calm her .she screams that she will talk to RV right now to put an end to this kissa
Milan comes to meet Ishaaani and behaves sweetly to her and asks her to fix breakfast quickly as in morning she never gave him BF , as a result he was starving ,Ishaani says she will make it after giving prasad to the patient
Milan says he will give him the prasad ,asks her to prepare BF
Ishaani smiles and says he was being childlike
Milan thinks of a plan to finish off RV
Sharman is in office wondering about the shocking the changes in RV
He is about to reach home. But he gets a call from Nimisha's mother swetha meheta from old age home
Two goons sitting at the road side over hear sharman and they too follow him because they remember nimisha was tapkaofied by their boss , they follow Sharman
At vaghela house the doc is about to change bandages but the nurse has forgotten the ointment at hospital she rushes back to get it. In the mean time the doc decides to attend to his some serious waiting patients and return in half hour Milan reaches RV's bedside and finds him alone
He threatens him that he must be badly wanting to talk to ishaani and complain against Milan but he will not get the chance. He will watch milan finishing him
Milan shows RV a dark bottle and tells him he will fall asleep , he will not come to know anything , he had not planned his story this way , he wanted to torture him much more for long time but he had to change it because of Public demand , the hit love story of RV was going to reach THE END he claims
RV realizes he was going to poison him n kill him. He gets agitated but is unable to move
He injects the poison into the IV drip and says this poison will slowly go into him and slow down his heart and breathing
Disha who was spying on Milan notices him poisoning the drip she suns to ishaani
She stammers to ishaani that she had seen milan poisoning the patient
Ishaani refuses to believe her. Disha exclaims she was her sister and still ishaani refused to believe her
Ishaani says she trusted and believed her RV very much and had no reason to suspect him
She trusted him more than herself
Milan notices that Disha had seen him adding the poison , he gets shocked and scared of being discovered. He rushes to stop her
Disha is seen trying to explain to ishaani what she had seen manas and sharman are there too
Milan comes there and he says he never did such a thing , Disha was lying because she was trying to implicate him , so that he does not force manas to wed parul Manas is shocked ,

Ishaani says she will inject the IV drip into her own arm and it will be proved that her RV was innocent , she picks up the IV drip and is about to pierce the needle into her arm
Milan is shocked to ishaani was about to do
RV gets agitated lying on the bed. Shocked to think ishaani would inject poison into herself
