Loving someone deeply means being vulnerable

Yes, it does. Ranveer is now very much strong and arrogant, and somewhat evil as was being said. But his love for Ishaani still makes him as vulnerable as ever. He still can't see her with Chirag, it hurts him seeing Ishaani hating him. He can't hold back his tears when realises she rejected him for someone else. The poetic lines in the end were so perfect that showed how empty he really is despite having everything with him. There's a loneliness, emptiness that has lingered there in his heart and soul. Ishaani gives no sign of sensing his presence in the party while his eyes are still on her. RV entered, but it was Ranveer who showed up today. We have loved Ranveer, now want to see RV.
Sorry, if my post didn't make any sense. Ranveer's quotes inspired me write something like that and I think I messed it up. 😃

Ranveer is still in his fantasy world without realising that he has lost Ishani. the only good thing in todays episode has been that RV is still in back ground

IDK. As I said I never understood this feeling. Just loved the way he expressed his loss and love. Be it fantasy or realistic world, he'll now stand strong as he has to teach others a lesson. Though I didn't like that he cried a bit, but that's because he loves her still. I suppose he'll not show his love to Ishaani or anyone anymore and may act rudely to her and others. I'd like that to see.

where does this great, epic love go when it concerns his mother and father who have been serving and slaving for years only to find their son's affections vested greater in other places..

its ishaani's rejection and overall mistreatment that has fueled him to reach the heights he is at right now.. otherwise he saw his father and mother having to work to pay off that loan, still his energies were focused on ishaani. if he was always quite the dab hand as a broker and the reason for harshad's riches, why didn't he channel his talent and get a job elsewhere so it would benefit his family. it wouldn't have been disloyal, as he tried so hard not to be.. but they had to show that it would take an extreme for him to make that leap..

Yea, I neva tut he will still be that weak, he shud av learnt his lesson when he ws thrown out bcuz he confessed. I did nt lyk it wen he focused his gaze in Ishaani n yet she did nt notice he is dier. Thought after two years he will be a strong RV nt Ranveer cry baby

His not loving Ishaani would have been totally out of his character. There's no doubt this romantic kind of love has a special place in the hearts of those who do love. Ranveer's loved Ishaani since his childhood, obviously his love and bonding with her would stronger than the most. I don't know if EK tries something new or not. I have found this story very different but that's maybe because I haven't seen many. Ranveer's love, imho, is epic.
