help please !!!!

Guys can anyone please help me with this. Its a bit urgent.

Following the instructions I tried downloading videos from starplayer. But unfortunately the audio isn't coming inspite of increasing the volume.

I need help for fixing this. Also I want to know how do I download videos from starplayer on my mobile directly.
