Dr Pandey (Hakim)

Who is the actor playing him. I hv seen him play white & grey roles before. He is v good & natural.

But how come the character Dr Pandey seems to be quite jobless & familyless? No wife or kids shown. Is he single or a widower - then why he himself has shown no inclination to date? He seems to be same age grp or slightly older.

He is a doc but spends hours hanging out at Ambar’s!

I was just wishing that he was homeless too 🤣😆🤣🤣 so that he can come and live with Amber and guide Amber every day 😆😆😆

Anyways he is a veteran actor ..I don't know his name but he was part of iconic shows of doordarshan like Hum log and maybe Tamas too..

I see this guy in almost every other serial as a grey or completely negative character ...but I’m really enjoying his role here as Ambers friend and he plays it with ease. It’s like they know each other personally as well. I also love how Hakim laughs heartedly at Amber when Amber is being his sarcastic self

i feel like many of Amber -Hakim scenes take place in the morning or evening ...so before or after working hours. Plus he is a doctor so probably works on call more than anything

I feel like Guneet needs a bff as well...what happened to her friend that used to come around ? Doesn’t Guneet have any girlfriends she can confide in? She seems like bit of a loner

I think it was understood he has a family of his own.

I used to watch this show a long time ago that had a girl marry into an all male family & he was the oldest brother with a backstory of an estranged marriage. He was v good in it. In fact his character was a bit like Ambar’s - v khadoos & straightlaced.

They started off realistically by showing a similar age bestie girlfriend for Guneet who used to be arnd a lot. Then they put in mention that she has gone away to another town. So what? If Guneet can date online cant she talk to her bestie on whatsapp & skype & serk her advice? It is very unrealistic that they did not show her consulting her bestie during her Anurag-NDP dilemma. That is just the kind of thing women do!

Most of the people in sales jobs hv lots of friends & colleagues. It is odd Guneet has none, given her friendly & social nature.
