Her first break was as the goody- goody beti in Betiyaan… Apni ya Paraya Dhan and now she's Smriti Iraani's dutiful adopted daughter in Mere Apne. Obviously, the actress insists that the two characters are poles apart. Nirudkar says that she consciously keeps her reel and real-life images apart because, "the day I start drawing paral- lels, I'll lose it." Isn't she worried about visibility con- sidering she's only doing one daily? Nirudkar says that she gets a lot of tempting offers, especially for reality shows, but she doesn't want to work 24x7. Doting dad The actress adores co-star Vinod Khanna who brings loads of homemade food for the cast. A chemistry student, how's her on- screen and off-screen click quotient with her co-stars? Nirudkar says that she isn't attracted to any of her male co- stars. "How boring is that!" she giggles.
