Have you noticed RIYA LOOK MORE SCARED than Kaushalya whenever Ashanti is around or said something at least Kushiya tried to say something or she looks directly at Ashanti... but Riya looks up down or around or keeps biting her lower lip whenever Ashanti corrects her or say something...
Going with the promos before the show started it is completely different.

It's her 2nd day in house. And she don't know anything about shanti devi. let her settle down a bit.

When someone is rude or a player the one infront noticed the wrond weird behaviour instantly.
Ashanti gave her lots of examples still she's not able to catch anything.

I agree with you...she is just new bride at this house and don't know anything and Nimmi, Rani are also saying this in the show...

A new bride can't take stand every time as she can think it can create bad image of her in front of family members..but as newly bride she has already tried to defend her dad...questioned about dowry..and asked Khusiya about dadi's nature...

She will take time to open up and it will happen as soon as she will realize Dadi's true face...

Even Shivam Nimmi were also indicating each other when riya was praising about dadi and joint family...

Still she thinks dadi does all this as funny state to make everyone laugh that's why she isn't saying anything...but she will take stand when dadi's real face will be revealed...

yes Riya looks more scared than Kaushalya...plus this family is a dream come true for her...plus Kaushalya has asked her to behave, no matter what AShantiya does...so i dont expect Riya to retaliate in near future...

she is only gonna behave as the ideal bahu of the house...esp since this is a SP show, where bahu's are suppose to be great, selfless, sacrificing types...

slowly they might revert to the original character sketch of Riya...esp when she starts bringing her salary to this new house...
