I see there is rampant use of ChatGPT/AI in all creative writing, articles, everywhere. I know everyone wants their writeups to be in good language, grammatically right etc. but there are other tools for that- grammar check, thesaurus, so on. Using a literal robot is killing your creativity. People need to understand that we need technology for doing our manual chores so we can do creative work not the other way round.

AI, including ChatGPT, can enhance creativity by generating ideas, assisting with brainstorming, and supporting content creation. When used as a tool, it complements human creativity rather than replacing it.

Precisely. It should be used to 'assist' and 'support'. And then use your own creativity to write/create something. But what i see rampant use of AI, and now all articles, all writeups look the same. Have same paraphrasing, same styles, same 'words'. Where is human touch?

Adapt or be erased like those before us.

Well, that depends on what you call 'adapt'. If it is keeping brain on side, (which I pointed out in my post above), humans will anyway get erased. At least their 'creativity' will.

Grammarly is kinda AI too. People should try to improve their vocabulary and skills on their own without relying too much on these sites.

AI is good but overuse of anything leads to misuse. AI doing the creative work while we reap the benefits is nothing short of cheating or plagiarism I guess. Because it’s referring / or getting data from human input too. I wish there was a system in place to at least regulate stuf.

@b: that’s right. Complacency is also a reason why people are fine with letting technology do all the work.

That's true. I personally knew a lot of people who even writes email and applications from chatgpt like no one wants to use their brain even for simple everyday things and if this keeps going on then Ai is definitely gonna replace a large number of people cuz they also use AI so company can fire them and can use Ai on their own.

I feel those who'll us their own brain and creativity while taking help from AI when is required will definitely make higher profits

@b: I agree. You can take “assistance” from AI. But making it do all the work is like slow death to your own creativity and logical self.

The more the technology develops, people are getting even more lazier instead of using it to become more smarter. It kind of defeats the purpose as to why these things are invented.
