I have experience in European recruitment . I can assure you that if this job doesn't involve active speaking in English with people, if the primary role isn't front-end speaking like Teaching or coaching , you will be fine. Just concentrate on your core skills. Most people in Europe can't speak English and whatever I have seen yours, is much better than many Europeans.
So don't worry about your hot Indian Boss and what he will think about your language. Don't go by looks of Indian Bosses, they are always looking for someone who can do job of 2 people. As long as you can prove your skills and convince Boss that you are hard working , nothing can stop you.
And forget tight dress !! Look like hardest working girl and you will be fine

You are fine. This is pre interview jitter. Think of your boss as a cute puppy and give interview. Once you get the job, then wear nerdiest dress, work hard and impress him. Once he falls in love wear you nice red dress and high heels. Once he is yours, make him carry your bags and your umbrella 😉

Yes , French, German, Swiss , Polish - They all struggle in English but they are not ashamed at all!! They take pride in their language and also feel good that they speak a foreign language.

Maak je geen zorgen komt wel goed. Juist de Indiers hier vinden ons Engels prima. The Dutch compared to all the other Europeans know how to speak English very well, but they do have a funny accent 😆

I work in European company. Your language does not matter unless you are dealing with customers. If you are in research or IT it hardly matters. Take pride in your accent. Most companies are now relaxed about English rule.
