its a caste, and the english spelling is Jat not jatt, heres a article about jat's form wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jat oh and i'm jat too

guys im PUNJABI too....but punjabiui dosent mean your Sikh its anyone...whos family's roots come from punjab...soo you can be from an religion and still be considered punjabi 😳 me i am a Lalah (i think thats how you spell it) 😕
