Aloo apple parantha is a popular rayalicious dish, 😳
its often accompanied with pickle (cute fights ) 😡
or makhan ( romance) ☺️

Recipe type: breakfast, lunch , dinner any time ( balh)
Cuisine: rayaland
Serves: all balhians😆

Lets quickly get into the making ...


Aloo apple parantha recipe

Ingredients:

golu molu aloo ( Ram )
apple of our eyes ( Priya), her fav too
whole wheat flour ( incredible love)
water to mix ( chemistry)
ghee ( Ram's fat ego)
salt ( nok jhok)
catalyst - nevik
stove( the fire of love)

For stuffing:

onions- sharma family ( sobbers)
green chillies - kapoor family ( theekhi)
masala - Ronit Roy 😆


How to make the receipe:

aloo and apple are two completely opposite stuffs ( that is how balh started lol)
to make a dish out of it you need lot of pushing from supporting ingredients
initially if aloo and apple refuse to mix dont worry ,cause the more they repel in the beginning
the better would be their bonding finally

boil both aloo and apple in a pressure situation ( cooker of course),
they will be left with no choice
but to get mixed with each other

add green chillies and onions ( drama from sharmas and kapoors ),
salt ( nok jhok) and masala powder ... hold on oops
masala powder must be added only before heating(argument/confession)😆



Preparing the whole wheat dough : the most imp part of this recipe 😉

In an another bowl,
mix the whole wheat flour, salt, water and dont forget to add the catalyst
which is imp for aage badnaa i mean taking it to the next level 😉

Assembling and rolling paranthas:

the whole wheat flour is ready to be tested now
Take two small balls from the dough ( one is ram's love for priya and
another is priya's love for ram)
flatten them ( ram goes flat when he watches priya in black and same for priya)
with a rolling pin ( nevik's confusing confession ideas), roll them 4 5 times
gol gol ghumao 😆

place the highly pressure cooked aloo and apple
( which are dying to mix with one another)
inside the flattened dough
make sure you add some ghee here 😆
which is very much imp for the apple to provoke aloo for the mahamilan
... i mean to blend with each other

Heat the aloo and apple stuffed inside the dough ( heated argument)
the moment the ghee around the aloo melts, the aloo and apple slowly come closer...
start getting mixed , making the reciepe tasty

keep the stove in medium flame 😉
one side of the paratha ( priya) starts getting brown and puffed up ( confession)
now flip the other side ( ram) ,

once both the sides of the paranthas have turned brown
serve it with some delicious makhan ( romance) on top
aloo apple parantha is ready
it tastes better in candle light dinner 😉😉
