#16...the choice of song is very apt for your voice.

#8 You have a great range in your voice :D

Additionally, I'd like to post comments for the following :

#10 I'd say great attempt, but you could improve on your pronunciations and harkatein, overall a really good

#17 You have a nice voice, but I think you need to work on the high notes :)

Awesome talent. Brilliant job by the participants. 👏 That makes it very difficult to choose just two entries.

My votes go to

#10 - Very clear rendition of a complex song. I found the singing effortless.

#16 - Another beautiful rendition of a not-so-easy-to-sing song. The constant high lows in the stanza without enough gaps to breathe, was done commendably well.

Apart from these two, the ones I also liked were

#8 - Wonderful singing, I enjoyed the song a lot. Would have voted if there was an option for three. Slight glitches in high pitch at a couple of places, otherwise I found it beautiful.

#2 Good song choice. Nice clear voice. Well sung. Could have sounded more peppier with a little voice modulation.

#5 Nice song and well sung at most parts. Maybe needed more practise for that perfect rendition.

First of all, thanks to the organizers for this contest 😊.. and congrats to all the participants for shedding their fear and inhibhitions .. 20 beautiful entries..some song choices were nice, some have lovely voice and some had SUR bang on with lovely voice and bang on song selection. 😊

The FIRST VOTE of mine goes to Mere Dholna.. No. 10 .. Not a single place where I could say that you were off-sur .. you had all my attention.. for that 2 mins 05 seconds.. BRAVO 👏

For the second vote I had a tough time chosing between

Entry 2 - Tumhi Din .. Loved the voice quality .. commanding voice you have that can hold anyone's attention. Your Sur was THERE.. and you enjoyed the song .. I could feel it.. 😊😊

Entry 5 - Raat hamari toh .. another sweet voice.. Though I feel that, you could have held the microphone a little more nearer so that you could have been more audible. A place or two I felt you were off-sur.. but a very lovely attempt. 😊😊

Entry 8 - Kaun Mera .. very melodious voice... Loved the way you modulated and at high pitch, you were a little off sur .. It was very well sung with a lot of feel. I would say try singing not from your throat but get the energy from your stomach.. That would make your voice powerful.. I hope you understand what I am trying to tell.. 😊😊

Entry 16 - Sawaar Loon .. sweet voice you have got.. A lovely attempt as its not an easy song.. It has notes running all along.. so very commendable of you for taking this song. 😊😊

Special mention to Entry 18 .. I totally loved your rendition.. but the thing is I have never heard the song (Blame my ignorance about English songs) .. But you were absolutely a delight to hear 😊😊😊

My SECOND VOTE goes TO ENTRY No. 2 for singing Tumhi Din Chade 👏

I vote for 10 and 18. They sound like pros! Such confidence. And the voice sounds just like listening to the original song.

Entry 13 and 17 have such sweet voices too. I loved them. I just think the song selection could have been better.

i dont know much about taal, laya and whatever but these were the songs which i absolutely loved it

My vote goes to

#2- I just loved this one. I really feel the song is kinda difficult to sing in a single breath and this one did an amazing job. She sang the whole song with absolute finesse

#16- What can i say about her. I actually felt I am listening to the original. Such a beautiful voice and so much confidence. AMAZING

And a special mention to #10

I have to mention this one. She did a great work and i really had a difficult time choosing among the 3.

For me singing is a beautiful way of direct communication between two souls...

i loved 10..the song really served the purpose...😳..a little correction in pronunciatn may be needed...overall the aalaps..raagas were awsum..made me sing along...👏

20...feel was great..sung like a pro...👏

Had a really hard time selecting between #8, #10, and #16

#8 The sound quality of the voice and feel of the song is great. Sur and tempo is also correct. Transition could have been better specially from ending one line and beginning the other.

#10 Impactful modulation, the high and lows of the song, is maintained throughout the song. Trained voice and she pretty much owns the song (sang her way).

#16 I was singing along this song. Maybe because it is quite catchy but singer seems to have great understanding of tempo. Amazing control over breathing. Overall great rendition.

I select #10 and #16.

Special mention to entry #2 and #5. Both of the entries caught my attention. Can we have standbys? 😆

Overall everyone put in great effort. 👏 All the best for round 2 folks.
