By the way the last episode ended in a pathetic way.The direction was shoddy and Rajneesh all of a sudden changing his mind in court was out of context and artificial.Samar just had 2 or 3 min screen space.Thats it!!The rest i needn't explain u know it 😃.Even the scene of RKT and Vaani outside court was potrayed just 4 the heck of it.
Alka we got 2 make this thread active.Right now i think every1 is busy and i know u r caught up with ur midterm xam. After that we all will have a blast over here 😃.

It seemed like we were watching it on fast forward, poor old Tyaagi seemed kind of bored sitting there in the courtroom- probably just wanted a quick exit, Samar himself looked impatient and reflected that couldn't-care-less thing that I was feeling at that point with the whole dratted case slash show, but standing there ever the tall, intriguing handsome man..If viewed in context of the awful fate of the show, its like the Tyaagi's knew what was coming, while the rest of them lived happily ever after- puke.🤢
Im sure we were all trying to absorb as much of Samar as possible in those few seconds he was shown.. who knows when we will be seeing him on the small screen next...
Below is my tribute:

My personal tribute to Mr Deepak Wadhwa

I suppose my interest in the character of Samar, was largely due to my subject of interest in psychiatry.

Deepak played the role of a psychopathic personality, with a criminal edge to it. Moral derangement is a concept introduced in 1812, which is known to occur among criminals who showed no sense of feeling, and or ethical sense, a conspicuous lack of conscience.

Deepak as Samar played to role to perfection, because it was not an overboard display of narcissism. Instead, he carried the role with a certain subtlety and dignity.

The first time I saw Samar in Kaali, was a temple scenario and it was a dark scene. A prayer was being held for the man he murdered, and he felt very uncomfortable to be present. I saw his agitation and needing to leave the place. However, Deepak being a very handsome actor carried the role very well, even deserving a trophy for acting excellence.

There has been many discussion and opinions of Samar the character in kaali. It provokes thinking and debates about why he became a very angry and misunderstood man. Lots of contributions were made and lots of conclusions were derived, some were psychoanalytical and others, mere laymans views.

However, I should take this opportunity to write about Mr Deepak Wadhwa who have successfully created a legion of fans.

He is obviously very good looking, cuts a fine slim figure and looks great in both traditional and western clothes. His features I find most exquisite are his eyes, nose, chiselled face and the list is endless!

His method acting is very admirable, although his dialogue is few but his expressions makes up for the lacking in script. I would like to see Deepak in other shows, and I will keep a watch for it. He should try various roles, and it would be interesting to see how he does romance. I am sure he can play any role very well.

The Indian film industry needs to spread their wings a little further and explore societal issues as psychiatry is becoming a less stigmatizing problem. The media can be used to educate people, and the younger generation need to understand life is not all love and romances.

On reflection, I wonder if I would have watched Kaali at all if it weren't for Deepak. Although I liked Samar, it was actually helpful to have Deepak who is a handsome actor play the role.

It is sad that the show came to an end, because I can't have my weekday dose of Deepak but I hope he would come back real soon.

Lastly but not the least, I hope to watch an interview of Deepak discussing Samar and his thoughts.

Deepak, come back real soon. Your legion of fans awaits you!!!!

Of course you may Alka😊
Nice thoughts Seena. I trust the tribute will make Deepak aware of the fact that he has gained a snug cosy circle of, though to some extent mental..very loyal followers.
