This is not something which can be solved in days. There are 2 ways to look into this issue. One is a long term way and another a short term immediate action.
If you remember small pox has been completed eradicated in India and to an extent polio too. this happened due to a stringent exercise a couple of decads back.
Rapists are not special people. They are like any normal men who are there in all class, creed and status across the cross-section of the society. So schools and parents should take the onus to teach the children about these kind of menaces. If the children grow up with strong moral values the future generation would be able to judge between wrong and right. This is a long-term plan.
Now for the short-term plan. Random checks need to be done on all buses, trains and other public transport. Every girl needs to be taught atleast the basics of self-defense. As of now they must definitely carry a pepper spray with them. More severe patrolling of police needs to be done.

Want to know the Reality behind this Bus GangRape case, What REALLY happend?
All this while we have been hearing news after news of what happend ,but we'r all far off from the truth since media has been restricted to get it to us.

Ram Singh, the main accused did not insert an Iron Rod into the girl, he ACTUALLY put his hand inside the girl's vagina and pulled out her uterus in rage after raping her twice and when he did that the liver got displaced and he threw the uterus out of the bus and then later the girl... REASON BEING- while defending she bit and slapped him . The next day a team of police were searching not only for the accused but also hunting the Uterus of this girl. THIS IS THE shocking REALITY.
If by any means the girl survives this brutality ,she would have to live only on liquid diet forever as her Intestine is damaged beyond repair.
My friend who is a reporter has to cover this story and she is shocked to the roots hearing all this and cannot prepare her self to follow more on this story.
one of my friend on Facebook shared this ... And I m shivering here...

I just saw someone post this on bollywood section.

I am about to feel sick. What kind of deranged people live among us?! Pull the uterus out and throw it out of the moving bus? Please please tell me this isn't true! My heart goes out to the girl...I hope she suffers from selective amnesia and forgets this incident ever happened to her! I hope she comes out of it stronger. This is so inhuman and brutal! This is not an ordinary rape...its the most brutal rape one can imagine.😒

how can they just pull uterios out?shocking and unimaginary

I've been a silent reader for some time now but couldn't help commenting because I live in Delhi. As a woman born and brought up in Delhi we have always been aware that it is an extremely unsafe city for women. Being groped and teased is a normal everyday occurrence for every girl here. Being chased, or even stopped even in your own vehicles is common. It is the rape capital of the country. Beacuse of this incident not just women but even sane men have come out on streets. I know of many people including myself who are going to India Gate to protest. In fact the brutality of the whole incident has shaken people from their apathy. One version of it is that they inserted a rod in her vagina which is why it got damaged permanently.
The politicians will still do nothing, that I'm convinced. Any Delhiite will tell you of hours spent on the road because it has been cordoned off due to VVIP movement. These people are only concerned about themselves and to hell with the common person. What I feel people living abroad can maybe do is to raise the issue vociferously because the only thing the leaders are kind of worried is their non- existent image abroad. Maybe I'm being too simpilistic... Nothing is going to change immediately. I'm by no means being pessimistic but things are in deep shit.

Why are we only targeting Delhi and the incident that took place there? What about the other rural areas where rape and other sex offenses take place day in and out. As I was surfing the news channels to know more about the issue, I was shocked to learn that this morning (IST), another such rape 'attempt' had taken place somewhere in the suburbs of the region. Like, WTH, man! It isn't even 24 hours that the country succumbed to one humiliation that the other pops up in the news. WAH! People have lost the fear of God, the judicial system, and their tacit responsibility to be answerable to their consciences.

How we can support?

A. Attack the policies and their makers, and strongly demand to alter them, for the sake of revising and reforming them for a better tomorrow. The old policies, laws, and ordinances have decayed and long rotten!

B. Introduce public executing. YES, I SAID IT! And to all those humanitarians out there: NO! THIS IS NOT BARBARIC OR BRUTAL. Today, it has happened with that poor girl, tomorrow it would be your own sister / female relative. God forbid!

C. Demand for the provision of a prison or a facility that's ONLY designed for dumping rapists , where the activities are created in such a way that these inmates are made to work day and night - worse than that of forced labor / concentration camps.

D. For smaller, non-penetrative sex offenders, such as molesters and hooligans, there should be these police-monitored activities such as so many hours of strict community service. They might as well clean Dharavi - Would be fun to see that place getting cleaned up. That would be a good opportunity for them to wash both their sins and their corrupt minds off!

For such offenses, I am NOT a humanitarian. Therefore, I'd refrain from posing anything positive for these offenders. Hats off to Saudi Arabia and their laws. Their women may not have as much freedom as their men, but at least they are safe, sound and happy; to say the least! And not to forget, their criminal laws are much stronger and implementable for such crimes - hats off!

In all honesty, I think there is no point in these rally's, dharna's or online petitions. We need to change the way everything is done in India. There is way too much red tape and corruption. The Indian constitution is a outdated piece of junk and Indian democracy is also a fraud.

We as indians need to introspect if we really need a 'democracy' especially like the one we have right now. There are several countries without democracy that are doing better than we are. And let's not even talk about human right violations in those countries because we have plenty of human right violations in our country. What works for the west may not necessarily work for us because we are people of different temperament, culture and history. I personally don't believe everyone is 'equal' either, I don't think Jat Panchayat idiots who think chowmein causes rape should have a right to voice their opinion through ballot. It's because of this 'majority' that we have had a single party dictatorship for the last 60 years who solely vote based on emotion rather than reality.

@ Bold: 👏

We may never become Saudi Arabia, but we don't want to be Sudan and Somalia either. India has sunk to new lows. I see no hopes, and even if I did, I'd question myself. The negativity has swept deep and down.

Just a case in point, recently I was researching options for opening a small online business in India. I wanted to accept payments via Paypal as it's convenient to integrate online and payments are handled easily. However, I came to know that the RBI (Reserve Bank Of India) has forced Paypal India to restrict money to 3000$ per transaction and you have to take out the money within 7 days or else Paypal will shut you down.

Corrupt employees of the Indian government who's salary should not be more than 1000$ per month have 10 houses, costly cars, crores stashed in Swiss banks and what not. The Indian government is not concerned with that. They are more concerned if an aam admi is trying to get ahead in life with his own blood and sweat. Who the f*ck would want to do business in a country like this ?
