but the first part i have done like i mean i have written abotu the child's bakcground n his developmental stage
give detials of the child's age and background and the type of the childre's service where the chils is. this is needed even if you are working on a hypothertical scenario, as the marker must have a context for the child's likely level of development and that of the other children in the group, in order to assess the effectiveness of your plan.
develop a written plan for including this child into your children's service and providing support over a period of time. the way you set out your plan will depend on the child's need. this could range between high ongoing support needs and moderate needs.(if the child is already enrolled you will be drawing on info retrospectively)
your starting point should be the time when the child's family first expressed interest in your service. your end point should be when the child as been enrolled for a sufficient lenght o time so that development and pprogress can be documented.
in developing your plan, you should refer to the information that follow:
- how would you enusre the inclusion process is a smooth one?
- with whom would you need to consult?
- what questions would you need to ask?
- what barriers might prevent the child from participating fully at the service?
- how would these barrierrs be addressed?
- what additional resources would you require?
- what strategies would you use to support the child's progress?
- how would you document the child's development and progress?
- how would strategies be monitored and reviewed?
- what ongoing support will you need as a professional carer?
