Even if the ONS was a set up / plan they couldn’t have staged the riots at Warangal. Easha had booked the hotel room in advance. The riots then gave a reason for the ACP to be there and detain Pallu.
I simply cannot figure it out.

. Well as per precap is definitely happened that way. He goes to back hug pallavi in his room apologizing to her and it turns out to be Esha. Ofcourse. He also admits his guilt to keerti saying that he got carried away by emotions and his feelings etc and one thing led to another. Which was not what happened. He was drunk. He has a totally different idea of what happened.
