That is why I feel Mandar's obsession with Pallavi is two fold - One his initial lust and the second using Pallavi as pawn to revenge something.

I really don't get why Mandar who was so lusting over Pallavi left her in their wedding room and stepped out in the downpour rain. Unless it is something of business loss I don't see anyone willing to leave their object of fascination and going out. That is why I feel it might have something to do with Ved being on the run and they planning to meet up to finish Raghav. Ved was probably waiting for Mandar at Outer Ring road to attack Raghav.
