I also think that words hold no meaning if there is no emotion behind it, so whether or not you're good at words the feelings overpower it all and thank you for that!!

Trial by Fire is my favorite series so far, I hold it very dearly to my heart because I invested a lot of myself in it, spent days thinking of how to shape it up and also took in all the emotions before writing it down. I'm glad you loved it. It is overwhelming to know that there is someone out there who has re-read the chapters and I love you for that!! ❤️

I absolutely love this and I loved Trial by fire. I've re-read the last part of Trial by fire so many times. The last part of that story hits just right in feels and so does this poem. I genuinely loved this poem. Looking forward to read the upcoming parts.

Thank you for loving the poems!! ❤️Poetry is my favorite form of expression, especially in my stories where it is specifically used to show what the characters are feeling because we often have a lot in our hearts that never make it out in words.

The topic - yes, it's an important discussion because I feel that what Raghav did was unforgivable. Personally, I cannot imagine falling for a guy who tied me up and left me in the middle of a dark road to die. Just can't.

The story is in the current set up, just after the Keerti drama and all. They are both very aware of each other and their feelings for one another and well, yes, the show has taken a different track which I love. But I just thought of what I would imagine as a confession, so I'd like to give it a try here on IF, without any external forces like Amma or Lion. My dear is just an endearment he uses, just as he called her sweetheart a few episodes back. Just Raghav being Raghav when he gets a bit flirty.

I was itching to give them a break because I cannot imagine how someone even breaths in such a drama filled environment. I'd run away to the mountains for a few days until everyone calls the hell down 😆

I am with you on this issue of the truck scene. I was so repulsed by it, that I could not look beyond his monstrous need to torture her without even finding out the actual truth. Typical of Raghav but just imagining myself in Pallavi's shoes makes my skin crawl. I cannot imagine being in that situation around a man who is pysically overpowering. I'd fear for my life on so many levels. I'm sure that is what she felt too hence fainted. We live in times where a woman's safety is always compromised by several factors and this particular scene was exactly why women feel unsafe at night. Sometimes, day time too. He definitely owes her an apology, but first, an explanation though it's something that cannot be justified under any circumstances.

Bold - It's because they're both aware of what they feel but just don't have an expressive outlet. Watch out for part 2 and 3 which I've just started to update.

I'm back! You've left me so intrigued. So, both of them are in love, and they both have acknowledged it to themselves, lovely! I'm glad they'll be addressing these things, the whole Anjali fiasco is what gave their relationship such a tumultuous foundation, and Pallavi deserves to know. They'd have successfully gotten past the marketplace slap and the burning saris, but after this, it just nosedived.

Also, so glad you addressed the truck incident. Raghav still owes her an apology for that one, a specific one outside of his 'I've wronged you a lot'. The fear and trauma of that incident itself could have landed her in the hospital, She did faint from the stress of it all, poor girl.

I'm so glad they've stepped out on a retreat of sorts, they both deserve the break. But I'm dying to know the circumstances that triggered the need for this, and why there was such melancholy on the way over. Can't wait to read ahead!

The poems are so just so beautiful--are these the ones by Rumi too or have you written it?

I was thinking your next story would be the sequel to Trials by Fire but you gave me a rather pleasant surprise with this TS. I really liked how you addressed all the unresolved issues in the show--like the truck incident and Raghav's MMS Scandal. The truck incident was really frightening and scary---Pallavi still hasn't gotten over it and she had fainted at that time---I am glad Raghav realized that he was the causes of this fear of hers and how he admits to himself that due to his impulsiveness he has taken rash decisions.

Finally these 2 souls are free from everyone on a trip--I remember during the Multi-Author Drabble Acitvity--there was a discussion that RaghVi should be sent somewhere where there will be no kebab main haddi and no unexpected twists but just them. RaghVi has realized their love for each other.

Raghav is just so cute--cooking, taking her on the rendezvous, calling her my dear🤣(Pallavi just loves saree ka dukaan name), discussing constellations and the unsaid rule about camp(I have never heard of that).

Pallavi prodding Raghav to answer who is Anjali by literally asking whether she is a girlfriend. Pallavi just knows how to control any situation(anger outburst about chotus) and making Raghav answer her question indirectly.

This was just so lovely..these two parts are written so beautifully Kiara...I am now more eager to read the next part. Thanks for the tag❤❤
