He's not meeting her in the middle at all. Sunny ne shaadi nai karni, Sunny ne publicly kiss karna hai, Sunny had a traumatic past - it's either Sunny's way or no way at all and Keerti falling for his awful behaviour is rather sad! I love how Raghav said "main usko kitna smart samjha aur woh kitna dumb nikla". I hope this track ends with a lesson in putting your self-respect and your core values above your chichora loverboy and his tantrums. A much needed message for our society!

Exactly!! Self respect is the point!! For anyone self respect is above everything but especially us girls self respect is the pillar which supports our life and uske sath koi khilwar kare to usko zinda nahi chorna chahiye!! I expected keerthi to slap him after the kiss fiasco but alas! Agar Raghav ko yeh pata chalta Sunny usi jagah swaha ho jata!! From personal experience I have learnt that self respect is above everything even your love or loved ones!!

I don't like the way sunny talks. Kirti has lost her sense of judgement. This guy will make her life hell if she marries him.

I liked how pallavi said that his looks or the way he dresses up are his personal choice but what matters is his character and background.

I personally don't like people who are disrespectful towards others specially people working under them. And Sunny's crass language.🤢 Sunny's such behaviour cannot be justified by saying he had a troubled past. Same applies to Raghav too. Sunny's parents got divorced, Raghav lost his father. Pallavi never got parental love being an orphan, but still she always has so much love to give, she is always respectful to people till they cross their line. Tumhara past kitna bhi bura ho that doesn't give you the right to treat people around you like shit.

A guy who forcefully kisses his girlfriend in middle of the road without her consent, disrespect an elderly person that too mother of the girl he is supposed to be in love and then misbehave with servants of rao household and now openly abusing Pallavi. No this guy has crossed all limits. He should be taught a good lesson accompanied with good thrashing.

I really liked the points you have put across. Especially, for young girls, boys, who are innocent, and perhaps foolishly in love, these are very good points to consider. Must say, regardless the age, seeing through the eyes of a love struck person, often such important matters are not in focus or even a blur.

Sunny not showing good behavior and greeting Amma and Pallavi, giving attitude to the servant and even how he speaks of Pallavi and Raghav, being against their relationship does not sit well with me either.

I am very curious to know more about the life which Sunny has led, his family background, how Sunny and Keerthi have met and how their relationship was. Was this mainly online / phone? Or.. Where and how did they ever meet? Two years is quite some time to get to know each other.

If I go back in mhrw time, I can recall Raghav also being very rude to his household staff.. But there is rude and degrading.. Making the servant feel like he is useless and nothing in comparison to your so called high status is not done.

Though, does this make a man right away negative and a bad man? Can he still be redeemed, corrected?

Sunny did say he pays no attention to whatever his words would be.. Disrespectful indeed. However, we have no clue about his parents, and their relationship to him yet. Respect should be earned. Goes both ways. If you have not gotten the right example, role models, then I can sort of understand the behavior.

I only mention this based on what we have heard so far about Sunny's background on why he doesn't want to get married.

If it turns out that Sunny is an ass, was already married and stole that employee's family money.. Then I hope Sunny gets what he deserves and that is the wrath of the Rao!

Till then.. Innocence till proven guilty will be what I keep in mind for Sunny Boy..

Unfortunately, today's episode is not available yet for me. Will check it out.

In that case, of course.. That is not cool and not done.

@bold then that is probably the reason why this is highlighted in the episode. To bring more attention to it.

Will check it out. And if so, then either Sunny is evil forever or has major growth and development to do. And quite a lot of redemption and apologizing.

I should not badmouth any place but worked at Gurgaon side for 3 years and I can assure most of my male colleagues were like this in Gurgaon. Personal space ka matlab. bhi naha pata hota hai un laundo ko. Zor zabardasti bat karna chahenge aur ek ladki unko na kar sakti hai bat karna nahi chahti yeh concept unko samajh mai nahi ata!! I was so fed up with this bullshit !! This Sunny reminded me of those kaminas again.

That is quite shocking. I know this happens here and there. I feel lucky to not have experienced this, but sad at the same time for the ones who have. And.. For the fact that this is still taking place in this time.

See, I don't know that much about the cities and villages of India. Suppose, this happens in other places around the globe too. Perhaps a bit less. Cultural problem also. I hope with the new generation, we all can have a society without the male chauvinistic behavior such as described.

Hope you will not have to go through that again, and help others as well.

Great post!

I will take a straightforward clean hearted Raghav any day over the so-called sanskaari guys who don't have a spine when it comes to deciding between right or wrong and whose egos are so big that they cannot show respect to other people, even when they themselves are in the wrong. I cannot stand hypocrites!

I was like WTH? just because he is in Australia I have to like him but anyways he came to see me and then we had gone for two arranged dates and it is one of these dates that I understood how much of a hypocrite he is. From trying to converse in fake accented english to badmouth not only kolkata but india itself to making points about how undesirable and boring indian girls are. I tried to bare it for a while but after he disrespected the whole cultural upbringing and dressing sense of indian girls in sarees I was fed up and politely rejected him in his face stating he is not my type and he was surprised that how come he be not someone's choice. It is after returning home I heard that his parents called mine and demanded why their son is rejected that too by a girl who works in a call center and they did a favour by even considering me for their precious son!! Though my father also fired back apt replies but in his eyes I saw that day the disappointment for me and by god I was hurt!! That is the second time in life I cried so much the first one was after my dadi's death!! From that day my perspective changed and here I am today making a thread about what makes an ideal man!! 😂😂

You did the right thing, dear. I'm glad you saw his true face immediately and didn't waste time on it. Your time and your life are too precious to waste on people who don't deserve.

I'm sure you will find your match, just don't give in to peer pressure or other societal pressure about time running out. There is no right or wrong age to fall in love and marry (as long as you are 18+ of course).
