Raghav only doing this for the 30 days challenge?

Watching today’s episode and yesterday’s episode, got me thinking is Raghav doing this only for 30 days challenge?
And I went NO, there is a bigger reason for him to do that!

He kind of confessed it to Pallavi when he was drunk. He has been deprived of his family for 10 years his mother and sister HATES him if there is a problem I must be Raghav’s fault.
He knows how it feels to not have a family. And that’s why I think he is desperate to do any thing for Pallavi to get her family back. Because he doesn’t want her to in the same boat as him. He knows what loneliness is and doesn’t even wish that to his biggest enemy.

And that’s why he is also ready to drink that feet washing water. Because he know how desperate he is for his family.
He feels MAYBE, maybe if he gets her back with her family, that his family may come a bit closer to him.

But that’s just my theory

I can see why Raghav would agree to VD's demand because if he gets Pallavi her family back, then karma would be good to him and he would get his family back. Raghav's character is SO well layered in that way! He has an adult-like understanding of establishing and maintaining strong relationships, but he's also child-like in his execution where he feels that if he changes his ways and does good, then good will happen to him. He doesn't believe that he is a good person who deserves good things in life, but it seems like Mrs. Pallavi Raghav Rao is changing that notion... 😎

And when Pallu “spoils” his plans he feels angry. He feels that she is ruining her chances with her “family” when she that close to get them back. It only shows how desperate his for his own family

What you have said totally makes fits in the situation

He never wants Pallavi to crave for her family and their love---and since he was the reason why Pallavi was separated from her family and to separate her from them he went to extreme level---he would go to the extremest level to make sure Pallavi and Desmukhs reunite
