I think checking of cctv is implied. She was an employee, she would have known the blinds pots and loop holes which she has exploited
This is good logic, hope they mention it in the show 👍🏼 Better than showing RR unaware of cctv technology... especially when he has already used it once to check up on wifey at home 🤪
She trusted him without any proof today. This is the Pallavi we've always known — when she decides to support someone, she does it fully. Kal she saw the vulnerable side to Raghav and realised how much family means to him. However, VD isn't Raghav's family... Raghav has no real reason to treat him right. It's a known fact that they're always clashing against each other. Raghav is an egoistic man. How convenient would it be to slyly send VD to jail and then get him out, earning brownie points from both Pallu and amma while teaching a much-needed lesson to this audacious man? Amma was right, he's done this exact thing to her family before... why not now? How could Pallavi trust him?
Well, because it wasn't about what Raghav could do, it was what he would do. This is why I loved her dialogues so much today... she knows him so well. She knows fully well that he was capable of doing this, but it's also because she knows him that she was confident he didn't do it. She took her sweet time taking a stand... and I think there were two things that contributed to it.
One, she was waiting to see how Raghav reacted to the allegation. Like she said, whatever he does, he does it danke ki chot pe. Behind-the-back attacks... that isn't RR's style. He would much rather gloat and show off the power he held over his enemy. When she saw him deny the accusations so strongly, even retorting back with insults (loved the comment about the bloodline defect 🤣)... she knew he wasn't lying. That's why she listened carefully to every word he said in his defence.
Second, she wanted to see what "evidence" baba was basing his allegations on. No matter what happened in the shower scene yesterday, I do believe she had her own doubts running in her mind (amma's seeds also contributed). But seeing that flimsy piece of paper as the only evidence, she automatically drew parallels to her own incident... when a random stranger had implied whatever and it was given more weightage than her own words. In her mind, she automatically decided to give the weightage to Raghav's words instead. It's just like when she gave him a chance — she knows the pain of not getting one, and didn't want him to go through it. Her experiences with Dfam has hurt her in all sorts of ways, and she takes extra care not to inflict that pain on anyone else. I love this girl 🥺❤️
I do believe that no gawa, no saboot can shake her trust on Raghav now. She's just that kind of person — when she trusts, she trusts blindly. All Raghav would have to do is stand in front of her and say that he didn't do it — and Pallavi would believe him. But, I'm also sure that today's incident actually made way for this trust. Had she not seen the world standing against him, she wouldn't have stood beside him so easily.
Another thing I really liked — Pallavi telling baba that whatever Raghav was doing was to bridge the gap between them. There was an unsaid part to that statement — "and whatever you're doing is only widening the gap between us." Really classy and subtle 👏
That's it, my two cents for today 😆 I miss analysing scenes like this, not getting enough time these days 😭
Really looking forward to tomorrow's episode... Raghav was clearly touched by her trust today I wanna see how he thanks her. Bechara will get so overwhelmed... I won't be surprised if he fumbles over his words 😆
I missed this post yesterday, but I agree with every single word. I'm so glad we are getting to see a child hold a grievance against a parent, and it's not going along the lines of badon se galtiyaan nahi ho sakti. Respect, love, trust have to be earned by your actions towards another. You're not automatically entitled to them because you happen to be born earlier. She may not be explicit about it, but she's making her hurt known with so much dignity. Whenever we see her worry about the Deshmukhs, Sharda is front and center in her concerns, and I think it's because she's not forgotten how Sharda defied Vijay and came looking for her that night. It holds value. She knows that when it comes to having her back, she has Nikhil, and to an extent Sharda there. I believe that night really opened her eyes, she was just too shocked to immediately process it, and the next day Vijay was hospitalized, then Nikhil was arrested, the blackmailed wedding. And because she's the most large hearted person ever, she will eventually forgive them, but she won't forget it.
I think her biggest wakeup call that night was how she'd become a very passive participant in her own life. Jiska jab man kiya, beti bana liya, jab man kiya ghar se nikaal diya. Since, we've seen her gradually take control of her life, starting with not letting Sharda pull her out of the wedding. Both Sharda and Pallavi knew something was off, there was a hidden reason- but Pallavi had the conviction that she was right, and stuck to her guns. I don't blame her- Sharda truly, deeply loves her, but her statements that don't be scared of whatever Raghav is holding over you, we'll handle it, share your problems with me, don't face everything alone etc rung a bit hollow to me, since Sharda has always put a lot of pressure on Pallavi to resolve issues. Though it's unintentional, it certainly didn't give Pallavi confidence in sharing her load. Since then, she has been making the choices in her life- leaving Raghav, giving him a second chance, refusing to let Vijay drag her out of her house like an object for a second time, and today gently but firmly telling Jaya to let her decide how to run her life.
And I'm loving every bit of the Pallavi we've seen since she decided to take over. She's still emotional, but she can use her brain to not let people leverage her emotions against her. I love, love, love that she did read the letter. She evaluated the strength of the proof, and she measured that against what she knows about Raghav as a person, and decided it didn't hold up. I'm glad she had her doubts too, because she has reason to be wary. But she's not letting her relationships, her doubts and her past experiences color her judgement. It also ties back to what she said to Jaya the night she decided to give Raghav 30 days- she knows what it's like to not be given a chance, she'd never do that to someone else. She also knows what it's like to have your family believe an outsider over you based on the flimsiest of evidence. She saw Jaya do to Raghav the same thing Vijay did to her, which is why she responded so strongly to that. And she knows that while she's not accepted the marriage, Raghav has. It would be wrong to put him in a position where he wife goes against him without any real proof.
I loved her line to him today- she couldn't let his selfless act become a bad memory for him. God, this girl has the best heart. I've fallen in love with her in a way I haven't loved a TV FL in a long time. ❤️
Side note- coming to saboot and gawaah, I liked how Raghav's signed testimony of taking the necklace came out so easily today, and Farhad gave context also. It was done in a very non-dramatic manner. A small part of me was worried it would come back and bite him wrt Pallavi's trust, I'm glad it's out in the open.
Thanks Vaishu 🤗
I've always felt sad for Shivangi, she has so much potential that goes unexplored with Pallavi 😔 But I'd been hoping that post-marriage her true character would start shining a lot more, and I'm happy to see that happen 😳❤️ She's showing a lot more sensibility now than she did with the Dfam and the scenes are coming out fantastic Did you watch today's epi? I loved her lines to amma - she called her out on getting her married to Raghav in her zid and now trying to separate them in her impulsiveness. And then she said "meri zindagi hai amma, kabhi to mujhe khud apne faisle lene dijiye". I was like 🥳 you go girl! 👏
This also proves how much her blind love for the Deshmukhs was affecting her! 😒 She was so desperate to have a family that she was doing everything possible to keep being their ideal faux-beti Forgetting her own self, her own opinions... bas unke haan mein haan milaye jaati thi Now that she has securely found home in another family, she feels much more confident in seeing their flaws and voicing out her opinions. As much as amma irks me now, she has constantly made one thing clear to Pallavi — that she wishes for her happiness and will actively take steps to ensure it. I think that's a huge assurance to Pallavi, and also part of the reason why she has warmed up to amma so quickly. In Deshmukh house, even though aai, Kaka and Nikhil love her and wish her well, no one has it in them to actually take any kind of stand for her. They try, but they always lose out to VD. Amma on the other hand, is a person of authority in RR house. The fact that she's actively looking out for Pallavi must make her feel so secure ❤️
Another point for amma. For a while I had started seeing parallels between her and VD, in that both try to take decisions for Pallavi. But one thing that tips the scale in amma's favour is her willingness to listen to Pallavi, and to accept her faults when called out on them. She's done it once before, and today she did it again. Unlike VD, she doesn't go around shutting up anyone who tries to oppose her. Now if only she stopped swinging like a pendulum in her feelings for Raghav Her character would become much easier to like.
Pallavi se shuru hoke amma pe pohunch gayi main 🤪😆
Pallavi pre and post marriage are like two different people. She has always been sensible, senstive, empathetic, responsible and mature.. but the wedding and the circumstances under which it happened has opened her eyes to a lot of things she didn't know before..She probably always knew her baba has anger issues.. what she saw for the first time was just how much irrational he can be, when he lets that anger and ego drive his thoughts and actions.. his judgment comes from a place of bias and prejudice and are far from facts and realities.. Baba's owm actions viz a viz Pallavi made her decision to support Raghav in this case, easier.. She now also knows Raghav much better.. She knows he wants things to work between them, and for that he is doing everything possible.. he would never want to ruin what he is trying to build so meticulously.. besides the fact that this whole thing about jewellery theft, trapping VD is not Raghav's way of operating. Her decision to not go with baba was not emotionally driven, it was facts driven. She refuses to let people control her life and make decisions for her , be it baba, Amma or even Raghav and that's the change I appreciate the most in her.. I also like Pallavi and Amma are not typical ITV saas bahu.. she respects Amma but doesnt shy away from calling her out.. Yes I saw yesterday's episode and it was another "seeti maaro moment" when Pallavi categorically told Amma to let her take her own decisions..she won't let her zid, and her personal issues with her son, impact her life..kudos to the writers for nailing it with the lines given to Pallavi in that scene.
Yesterday, I somewhat understood Amma too..Not like she doesn't love Raghav..they shouldn't use the word "nafrat" so loosely..A mother can never hate her child..in 99.99% cases.. She is angry and hurt and is unable to recover from the loss of that incident which makes it difficult for her to forgive Raghav..Its her own shortcoming not his anymore..he has been able to move on, be succesful professionally and is showing all positive signs to be a great partner to his wife..Its amma and Keerthi who are still in that rut, unable to let go of the grief, anger and resentment..
Lastly, Shivangi is a fine actress.. what range that girl has..she is very convincing in all her scenes, be it emotional or comedy..I may or may not agree or like Pallavi as a character always, but Shivangi the actor has always impressed me, be it as Deshmukh or Rao.. obviously as Rao I love the character more..
Pallavi has gone through the pain of being believed in stranger words over hers at least she had her aai and brother supporting her but here even Raghav's own blood relations--Amma and Kirti were standing against him. She knew even though he can stand up for himself--he needs someone support and someone behind his back for his strength and Pallavi became that person
This is everything, yes amma can be intolerable in case of raghu as of now but for pals she is truly amma who wants nothing but only happiness for her girl and never wants any scars of sadness touch her, and even amma's today's impulsiveness is due to pals is forcefully in this bond as per amma's thought and that everyone thinks but her dynamics with raghu has changed a lot ye bat un dono ke alawa baki sb ko smjhne me time lagega but amma will soon understand it once her impulse down same like raghu. dono maa bete gusse me pure pagla jate hai only pals can handle these two cute yet mad angry rao birds🤣
Thanks Vaishu 🤗

and the explanation for diff bet VD and Amma rao is superior bee, amma rao is always rockstar👍🏼 o bhi ensan hai unko bhi ek badi mu ne es mode pe khada kiya hai else, we all know raghu is amma ki jaan bs ye mu clear hone do amma rao will have strong redemption track like raghu is currently having for pals, though raghu ll accept amma but his amma taugh her how to correct mistakes so amma to ll correct her mistake and request her forgivenss for her kid who has suffere alot ❤️ that reunion will be another spark of the happening raos. I can't even compare them with selfish trashmukhs ever. I repeat no one in trash house ever loved pals selflessly , every single person had his or her benefits to show goodness or bitternes to her no one loved her truly as girl. But at her home her amma, kirti and now raghu everyone truly love her selflessly. Just want to see her happiness. They all 4 are lucky to have eachother , soon they will together by heart. the best raos will soon hum sath sath hai in true matter❤️
👏
well written dear !
the way you have described in fine lines about pallu and Raghav.
I had missed the thread somehow but found it at the right time. Sunday morning with my coffee, what a lovely post to read 🤗 I loved Pallu today. She voiced out all the thoughts which the viewers had about Raghav and also about her relationship with Sanki. The way she stood up to Raghav was awesome.

Exactly, we didn't see Pallavi diss them or taunt them or even be much verbal against them... but so far she has remembered her ousting twice — both times bcz someone was trying to drag her out of RR house. She might not express it much, but she's been badly hurt. The purehearted girl in her can't hold a grudge against anyone, much less the family she has loved for so long. But her heart holds the scars... and I like that the CVs take care to show it. And now that she doesn't have that man on a pedestal anymore, she can see his flaws more clearly — just like she's seeing Raghav's qualities. It's a simultaneous process, and it's giving her a realistic view towards the world. Very refreshing to watch her scenes these days ❤️
Agree with what you said about aai. She expects Pallu to share her problems with her, but with what confidence will she share it? Till date, has she ever been able to take a proper stand for Pallavi? Nope, she tries but she fails. We always choose to share our burdens with those who we feel are strong enough for it... and Aai just doesn't have that strength, sadly.
However, this is also where an amma vs aai comparison comes into play. Amma is always willing to take a stand for her, but does she understand her as well as aai does? Nope, and I don't think she ever will. Aai is way too good at understanding hidden emotions — it's why she so quickly saw the goodness in Raghav. Probably her years with VD has taught aai a lot about suppressing pain and frustration — and her own voice. If you think about it, Pallavi in DN has been an exact replica of aai — just the way daughters are always said to be a reflection of their mothers. These two years with Pallavi has created a strong bond between them — one of shared pain and empathy — that amma will never have. However, amma will be a part of Pallavi's growth and progress that aai will never be. Ultimately, it boils down to one question. What makes a true mother? Understanding you most, or standing up for you the most? Usually it's a package deal, but for Pallavi it's not that simple. I feel she'll respect both women — one for her boldness, the other for her quiet tenacity. But her heart will always consider aai her true mother ❤️
@bold: I am in total agreement with this!! Pallavi is the kind of woman who is tough but gentle, strong yet vulnerable. The fact that she has faced so much pain and yet treats everyone with so much kindness — I love her so much for this! Raghav couldn't possibly have found someone better ❤️
I will always prefer pallavi or pallavi rao who is strong but still soft and respectful. With rao family she is free. She can voice out her feelings without hesitating that she will hurt any of them. She knew that they will understand her. With deshmukh she is walking on egg shells. Always worry she might hurt anyone and will feel guilty.
Pallavi deshmukh is unbearable and she is blind and can't see anything wrong with that family. Where pallavi rao thinks logically and practically. She supported raghav not blindly but with practical way.
Deshmukh have only one habits blame others and show off that how there family is happy family and Pallavi was also in that delusion world. With rao she is thinking and her brain also started to work.
In deshmukh family she used to do what others said. I don't remember she back answer sullu even after insults but to amma rao she is reply in polite way and show her that how is she wrong. With rao family she doesn't need to prove herself everytime.
With family you should be like that only.
Pallavi is right that for one person mistakes you should not punish everyone.
But raghav should also make her understand that you should forgive those who is willing to change. She is too forgiving when it comes to deshmukh specially sullu. Not everyone deserves forgiveness. Sullu is doing more kaand after forgiveness and Raghav is redeeming himself.
There should be line when to be practical and when to think with emotion
There is saying think with emotion not emotionally.
Everyone is expecting from her that she should do this and she should do that.
Her baba wants her back so he was taking her
Amma wants her to go back
But pallavi say it will be her call what she want
Raghav ask her to stay few times but didn't force her.
He will let her go if she wants to go.
he was shock that he is taking pallavi but he didn't stop her. He allow her to take decision
She always had wings but she never use it because of family burden and now she is doing it
Aayi as much as love her but at the same time she unintentionally burden her with family responsibilities by saying Pallavi will do everything all right. They forget that she is just 24 years old but she also have her own dreams not only family responsibilities. They failed to see this.
Sullu has plan against her so many time but they failed to protect her again and again.
Pallavi is now strong and have better judgment and hope CV won't ruin this
