I also noticed the way he bent low to pick her up from around her knees and his action with his right hand. I thought I was the only one. Not sure if the reason was only what you mentioned or because there was also an aesthetic element to the scene too so that the pallu doesn't get tangled and the shot doesn't look messy. I am sure Sai is a gentleman but the scene was clearly directed that way. It was also one of the cleanest lifts I've seen on ITV where her clothing didn't go out of place or need to be adjusted mid-shot.

They are professionals and will act the way the script/director demands. The shower scene will debunk all this and let's see how that plays out because they are stuck to each other in that one. 😆

Yes..typically from what I have seen in past other show bts, these scenes are well directed and all nuances practiced also to good extent..so that both actors are comfortable and aesthetic look is maintained . In fact I was thinking Shivangi's mouth is now covered and he has picked her, in case she has some difficulty she cannot talk..but again there are people around to take care of all these things. We see only two of them but there is a team working with them. The lift looks neat and clean, well done by Sai and Shivangi.

I also saw the hardwork in swimming pool scene..Sai had to lift her outside the water on steps not easy, and Shivangi also was wearing layers of petticoat and tights , other than the heavy saree she was wearing.. since clothes do float in water. So hard to jump into water with all that.!And Sai lifted her with all that . Commendable , both of them.

Only editing department is lacking. In one of the swimming pool edits her tights showed . Wish editing was better . Even the shirts changed on Sai in that episode constantly.

Overall good work by thier team 👏

I too loved that shot. There wasnt any vulgarity or awkwardness in that scene. They are such a power couples who can have chemistry without any cliche itv scenes.

The screenplay and cinematography on this show are something else. They have a very strong sense of aesthetics.

I remember the scene where Raghav went to meet Keerti in jail. It was a simple gesture of him putting his hands through the bars to hold her face, a brother consoling his sister after them not being in touch for years. The camera angle, the gestures were just so mind blowing that I watched it a few times to see the execution. As for the majority of scenes in RR mansion, don't even get me started on the beauty and fluidity there.

I like the fact that this is not done because they're prudes but because it fits their characters and interactions with one another. We know what Sai/Raghav was like in all the playboy scenes, right?

Also, Raghav still doesn't unnecessarily touch Pallavi even though they are married. Rather I see her doing it more. Very refreshing and a good message for men, to respect women's boundaries.

Yeah, the swimming pool scene was great. The water wasn't deep so Sai couldn't use its buoyancy to lift Shivangi and then had to walk up the steps while looking at her and not slip or drop her. Huge amount of planning and effort is needed. Props to the crew not just the actors for making this happen, despite all the challenges in filming during COVID.

Yes. He is always so careful with her. Even when they were enemies, he never made her feel uncomfortable.

I love the way he treats her. RR might be a don but he know how to respect women. That's why I still love him even after he maligned a girl's character (which is a big turn off for me)

Those small details gets stand out and we love them for that.. before he keeps her down on chair her petticoat very visible, sai noted it but turned his face and next scene while he kept down they make sure she is fully covered.. their is lot of small details and whole team taking care of it well. Kuddos to sai and shivangi 👏👏. It's depends on cvs how intense their love story going to be, they also new couple on town..they will grow more by the script..
