I dont care much to be honest as to what extent they show. Even a hug or simple stare can be so romantic if they film it aesthetically but yes sometimes a scene looks incomplete without physical acting and it fails to create that effect which leaves long lasting impression on mind of viewers.

So yes, physical acting is also very important. And itv standard for it are good enough like blurring the scene when hero heroine comes close, zooming in or out camera, playing romantic song in bg and hero lifting heroine etc...there are many cliche through which it can be shown. It doesn't have to involve skin show as such.

But my point is i dont know why itv serials these days are not even showing these cliches.

Like in ghum, they only showed Sairat consummating their marriage in one romantic dance sequence. Only that thing seemed normal but apart from that they didn't show physical proximity in sairat which gives vibes of husband and wife. Though there were lots of dance sequences for them but still pre leap, they mostly looked friends only. However post leap with children coming into the equation and some mature romance did give that feeling of a couple.

But may be in that show, both the actors might be hesitant for such scenes as Neil's real life wife was also a part of that show🤣😂 I swear even the simple hugs of sairat used to look so awkward sometimes with them just putting their arms around each other but there used to be good few inches distance between rest of the body😂🤭

So far in MB their hugs looks organic and beautiful. But I really hope here in MB they show good romantic scenes also. Specially when arjun here is very outgoing about his feelings for megha and he doesn't hesitate to show his love, like that scene when he brushed her lips with napkin in front of other officer😂🤭. My hopes are high. They may use all itv cliche tricks but I want some good romance 😍😊

Even yesterday Arjun wasn't ready to leave Megha's room during operation even when surgeon came and when he was hugging her after the attack, the doctor was also feeling shy. May be that's why he thought Arjun can give love and care to that extent Megha needs. And above all, I am Hopeful because of the ph. Let's see

But still she was way civil than she had been in earlier episodes with Megha. No chhodi huwi aurat, no talak shudha taunt by anyone of his family so I assume the reason might be big

I agree with the current ITV standard.

Yes, not explicitly shown but some kisses, neck sucking, ya some implications that they had made out would have been shown if not fourth base . But now there'll be all social distancing

That' type of romance - woh intense hugs and closeness now has gone away from ITV sadly..why blame ghum for that....it ended with lockdown only....lockdown se pehle har show used to have intense romances....then it went into social distancing...if you look closely even at Argha hugs they r not intense, they r warm..I don't know but seems Neil doesn't hug whole heartedly..it might be my observation only....I seriously don't want any interference here from outsiders as it will spoil things for me...had enough of it already....let's see...
