I can't help but wonder, when watching "Kothai" and the storyline she falls into, how "feminism" is regarded in South India. Is this how modern feminists are shown in the media, or is it just in Megala? It's very interesting--we see her counterparts in Canada and the US. Modern feminists here are shown to be militant, man-hating feminists. I'm surprised that Megala has followed that trend of misrepresentation... or are "pseudo-feminists" like Kothai really a problem these days in India?

and left - Anbu gives his mad gleam and asks for the rest
of the applications - of course when Megs has to work here....
- well Vikram thinks that he is building the suspense but
fails miserably !! - as Anbu is going through the files,
before he gets to the Megs' one,Samy calls him and says that
he could find the reporter who interviewed Megs - "leave
right away and come to the pub, he is waiting for us" - well
Anbu does not see "THE" application yet, office work takes
a back seat..... (so much for the promotion!!!) and he leaves.
