That is correct. But there are some technical illegalities. Who ever has complained in writing definitively knows the law and regulations. I do not think it has anything to do with remake or how it is shown in OG. they are not comparing it. It is on factual basis.
I do not know but they gave act no and said as shown surrogacy without mother's consent ( which is for sure correct) so I guess FL ko nahi bataaya
2. the person who is offering it was never mother and act ka no diya I guess gov has put that regulation so that there is no abuse
3. ML is IPS and encouraging illegal stuff on such an important issue. which tarnishes doctors and Police image
