The reasons she gave wahi karne ke liye he to nurse hoti hai.. And ppl in medical field are sensitive too.. Chot dekhke he khayal rakhte hai..

so many shows have shown that though nurse is there … she doesn’t go beyond duty.. she doesn’t take extra care for the patients comfort… and its always a family member who supports the patient more.. .. unless she is FL… so they could have shown something similar here but na .. they made it an out and out Meet Hooda’s show…

but 1 loophole h .. she sings very sweetly with perfect diction… so i think she is capable of speaking normally but she chose not to… may be…

Yeah once Anubha mentioned that it has been 3 years since her father passed and she took responsibilities on her shoulder so I think after her father passing she may have took a break from her studies for one-two years and after becoming little bit financially stable resume through correspondence so maybe she is in 2nd year of college now and thats how they will introduce college track where for third she'll join regular college as I heard college track was major track in BK.🤔
