I feel that this time lot of dish which are of particular region.... N biased on 2 contestants.... I mean this is MasterChef India not MasterChef state.... Level of MasterChef cooking dishes in mystery box is degrading every year

Aashiq truly deserves all the accolades that we can give him. Choosing gazpacho and making such a dish from it was brilliant. I don't get why the judges didn't praise the fact that he was able to take a tomato based drink and make it into a dessert so well (something he is weak at). No all their praise was reserved for Nidhi only.

Harry was so weak in the team task. They really need to add a layer to the results where team members weigh in on the weakest and strongest teammates. The weakest from both teams should go directly to the elimination task (yes even from the winning team) and the strongest should get an advantage of some sort (yes even from the winning team). It would make everyone pull their weight. Even his dessert yesterday seemed so simple compared to the others. I get why he won - by far his was the only one that actually met the challenge. Good for him on that.

I'll comment on today's episode in a bit once I finish watching it.

Nidhi's dish is the dish of the week...the heck was in it? I felt Kriti's dessert from the team challenge was the actual masterstroke.

I’m baffled with why Ashiq chose gazpacho, he’s very brave. I wouldn’t be able to make a dessert with those ingredients. Yet, just because of his quantity of tomato jam he didn’t win. Otherwise he was a clear winner.

For today's episode, special mention to Nambi who shook Rukshar so enthusiastically when Chef Vicky said Navreh is the first day of the Kashmiri New Year. That energy is something else.

Nidhi hasn't ever used a mixer? How do you cook for so long and never use a food mixer?

Aashiq helping Prachi with the siphon gun was a sweet moment for me. There are some people who fake helping others and then there are others who are genuinely nice people. Aashiq is the latter category. He helped Prachi once before by giving her a fish when her mutton plate broke in the oven and today with the siphon gun. And then the way he said good luck to Nidhi as she is walking inside with her dish was nice.

Lol Chef Vicky literally said that Nidhi's sauce was too spicy so he couldn't taste the rice so Pooja and Ranveer praise the rice as the highlight. Nice going Sony. Anything to keep Nidhi on top. Nidhi is also starting to sound arrogant at times. Like the way she said presentation is one thing, but taste is important. It was as if she was dismissing Chef Vicky's comments on her presentation.

It almost felt like Vikas was trying to find something wrong with Aashiq's dish. I didn't really understand his comment about giving the gravy more time. You can always just say that everything was good.

I feel like as soon as Ranveer started describing the dish that was the weakest, Prachi knew it was her. Her face just read like that to me.

Precap - Season 7 ke contestants are back to work with this season's contestants. And the 5 from which 4 will go to elimination - I'm glad to see the line-up. Very glad to see the line-up. I just hope that the 4 I'm praying go into elimination task actually end up there and a specific someone goes out.

What was with the editing of yesterdays episode? They barely showed Aashiq cooking. It was all about the other three.

Anyway it was a beautiful dish, but the chef made it sound so difficult that already added to the contestants fears.

Im a little surprised that judges after tasting kept saying gravy hasn’t been cooked well. Even an amateur knows that you cook until oil separates from the gravy. I can’t believe these guys don’t know it.

Anyway, coming to the contestants, very clearly Prachi and Shubhojit struggled during the cooking. But Prachi was lost at times. It was evident she’d go.

Nidhi has definitely become arrogant and maybe even over confident on her flavours. I don’t blame her, the judges just don’t stop praising her. I mean yesterday the judges literally said wow without even looking at her dish (when she took it over to the judges). She kept getting reassurance from them for her pickled water and other elements.

I’m happy Shubhojit did well. I kind of get the feeling that the judges demotivate him (like they did Sima).

But Nidhi won dish of the week for her lobia kofta? Seriously????

Personally I feel the judges are biased towards the blue team in this team challenge. They kept going and giving them suggestions. In fact Ranveer basically spent so long just helping them get their plates out. Arre baba why are you even bothering with the challenge? Just give them the win and move on.

Other than that no comments on the rest of the 2 episodes.

Yes Chef Vicky pointed out flaws but biased Sony, RB n all just kept praising Nidhi ugh @ bold

And such biasdness, they gave her dish of the week wtf. So disappointed.

I'm soo glad Nayan is paired with Aashiq!

Looking forward to their dish! So good to see Suwarna, Shanta also.

Shanta is paired with Rukhsar so that'll be interesting too.
