I echo your thoughts. Why is A given importance? show is abt non veg cooking too. She makes south indian twist menu only. Also suvarna.......maharashtrian. We need to tweet this to the show makers.

That she comes from a very well to do family which is into cars and jewellery businesses. I wrote this becuse someone here has asked how one knows she is from a rich family.

I like Aruna as a person.....her bubbliness, confidence, positive attitude etc. But personality is not that is being judged in Masrerchef!

Lol, might play the devil's advocate for Swarna here. Swarna is definitely limited due to cooking Maharashtrian food but she at least cooks non-veg food because the rules are there & she doesn't have immunity pin too. Yesterday, she didn't know what were under the 2 cloches but after she found out that the 1st cloche was non-veg protein, she tried to change it for Aruna's sake since Aruna doesn't touch/consume non-veg of any kind. So, Swarna is indeed limited due to her Maharashtrian speciality but she didn't bend the rules for not cooking non-veg. 😆Others are also limited in some form or other but they don't publicize much about their beliefs + are cognizant of the rules.
