Well..I agree she gets too much appreciation.
But disagree that vegetarian cooking is limited..there r so many different fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses n dairy products..it's limitless.. specially in winters u get so many options in veggies.
Papads, curries, crunchies, dals,veggies.. every vegetable has its own typical n distinct taste,
Soup, salads, smoothies, dals, rasams, breads, different types of Indian breads, so many different types of rice dishes,
desserts from milk, from veggies, from fruits, from seeds..specially our Indian cuisine has a whole range of food u can cook using only vegetarian options.
I don't cook or eat non veg..but from what I hear them cooking..it's duck, chicken, fish, prawn, lamb or shrimp. So the way one takes these basic ingredients n makes non veg..it's same with veg
