No. Never heard of raw bananas called Kolkata bananas. Kolkata is not that famous for bananas and is actually not even a major producer compared to other Indian states. In India, bananas are grown mostly in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat.

When I hear dish with raw banana, I think of Kerala chips and those South Indian thorans, olans, kalans, bhajjis, etc

It's a competition and you hv to compete to win.
Yasmin knew that and participated.

we were inn bb forum since it has started, we had fights,we had arguments like hell..bt ww knew tht its jst a show..at the end we r frnds.we never thought of attacking nyone personally..nd we never did this:)

Banana is used in many South Indian dishes...Chips from banana is very popular in Kerala

I didnt knw Banana s common in Kolkatha
