Super veggie delight
Show me the curry
Manjula's Kitchen

Being non Gujji and cooking for my Gujji hubby, I found a lot of success at the above sites.

For my South African palate, I refer to our nationally acclaimed recipe book 'Indian Delights' by Zuleikha Mayat. It's my bible. Otherwise, of course, mum is a phone call away.

Oh forgot to add Pinterest. My newest go to site.

Ever had a piping hot Durban curry or bunny chow. Ooh, how I miss home.

yeah, i too peep in manjula's kitchen and show me the curry at times... they r good...! superveggie is my MOST reliable one though... as she does eggless baking...!😃
For undiyo and stuff, even nishamadhulika is equally good dear...do peep in...!

I actually scribbled the undhiyo recipe from my Nanad on the phone 😊 It is sooo good and really authentic. But will lookup the site you recommended too.

You're right about Bhavna on Super Veggie Delight. My khandvi came out perfect with her guidance. And also the khasta kachori.

I admire Manjula auty a lot and learnt to make the sabudana kichdi and bataka poha from her. Came out puuurfect. 🥱

The vah chef helped me with the rumali roti recipe. Yummy.

Can be either depending on the filling you want

And don't remind me of diets.. I have started jogging/running to make up for all the food I gobble😛

My fav sites are -

1- Recipezaar
2- Masalatv.com (present fav)
3- Allrecipes for cakes & cookies

Fav books -

1- Nita Mehta books (got so many)
2- Vimla Patil

Dislike Sanjeev Kapoor (too many ingredients & too lengthy) as not always the recipe turns out right.
Also Tarla Dalal recipes.
