There was a family of an army man.He and his teacher wife were enjoying their life with their sweet little daughter.One day on Ist of september, an angel knocked their door and walked into their life, yeah a small,cute Angel who completed their family.Th...ey named him RAQESH.Time was flying.During school days,he developed his interest in arts.He was fascinated by music,painting,sculpting,dancing etc Now RaQesh was 18, a young brightand handsome boy.One day in his mom's school,he came accross Lovell Prabhu and was inspired for modelling by his lecture.Lovell groomed him.He participated in Grasim Mr.India contest where he bagged 'Mr. kodak'title and also became 1st runner up.After that he participated in Grasim Mr. International in Germany,there he won Mr.International 1999 title, another feather in his hat. After coming from Germany, he was flooded with offers.However his parents wanted him to persue his studies,whereas RaQesh was really excited for his career in show biz .Although his parents were not willing yet they had given him full support and yeah the big pillar was his sister.He did some prestigious ads like Colgate in which he shared screen with BigB, wrigleys chewingum with Amrita Rao,Lux.etc.etc...! One day Pratibha Sinha was watching t.v when she noticed a sweet young guy in Colgate's ad."Yeah he is Amar" she said to her husband Anubhav Sinha(The king of music videos) who was casting for his directorial debut film TUM BIN. They contacted RaQesh & taken screen test where he hit the bullz eye.That was the turning point in his life.Though his role was not big in Tum Bin as compared to Priyanshu and Himanshu but his performance was apprecited and he got flooded with lot of offers.He never looked back.Even proved lucky 4 Abhijeet(singer)also he got featured in his first video. At that time he was too young to take his decisions because he was not having any Godfather who could guide him, so he made some wrong decisions also.Even RaQesh agrees on this, But he also says 'Till the time u wont make any mistake you won't u learn.' One day RaQesh got a call from Sphere Origin that they wanted him for their new show Saat Pheere on Zee TV .RaQesh was not interested in t.v but when he heard the script and his character, he got impressed and took the challenge.That serial was a success for him. Meanwhile,one more mile stone came on his way."JAI SANTOSHI MAA"for some time he quit the show(saat pheere)...And when he came back from the shoot of J.M.S his track was totally changed,he did'nt find it good,he spoke to the production house n quit the show.After some time,the T.R.P of the show went down and Sphere Orgin requested him to join the show again. He made a marvellous come back but with grey shade.He really justified the character and he also replaced Arjun Punj in the Sphere Origin's other show Saathi Re on Star One. Not too many people know about his real life that he is extremely good painter and sculpturist, he plays sitar,guitar as well flute too.He is really helpful to his friends.RaQesh is a "A Friend In Need Is A Friend In Deed." yeah Truly. Once in a shopping mall a person in rags came to RaQesh and asked him some money .RaQesh asked him as to why he was begging and that he could work but the man replied that his kid was on death bed so he needed some money for the treatment.Initially, he thought that the beggar is lying to him, then something came to his mind he told him come to his place and bring the medical reports along with him.RaQesh reached home and after some time the man came there.When RaQesh went through the reports n found that the man was right,he spended 5 to 6 lakhs for his kid's treatment.Once he saved a persons life by getting himself in to the deadly fight with goons.He is really Mr International ,a man of substance.In these times when the people are so cold and selfish, having a such a down to earth and kind person is matter of pride.RAQESH VASHIST IS not only THE REEL HERO.He is"REAL HERO"....
