Phew...what can I say...😆

Loved the episode. From a Rishabh and Uttara characterization standpoint, it was flawless. The "I-am-abusive-to-my-core" man returns and how! 👏 This man will never change. This is who he was sketched to be. Kamya was terrific in an episode tailor-made to show-case her acting! ⭐️👍🏼 Considering how happy I am to see abusive Rishabh return and Uttara fight back, I would have loved to be able to say the sequence was pitch perfect...but it was not. The beginning of the episode lacked the perfect continuity from yesterday that it needed. The Rishabh - Uttara sequence started with Rishabh saying "Didi". Seemed like there was something missing between the close of yesterday's scene and the start of today. Some of the fight shots, esp. Rishabh's slaps, looked way to obvious as fake/stunt like. Amit's hand did not even come close to Kamya's face in one frame that stood out for me. Uttara hitting Rishabh with the hockey stick was symbolic but it just being right there at hand's reach in the dining room was odd. I also found the scene of Rishabh rising up like the villains of cheesy Hindi movies with a knife in his hand a bit too filmy! 🤔 Some of these irritants aside, Kamya and Amit's emoting a complex scene such as this so well is laudable! 👏 I cannot say the screenplay was outstanding for this sequence 😔. From a story perspective...this story high point was well placed. 👍🏼

Now...Uttara calling Brahma and him coming to her aid was scripted nicely. I am glad that his being shown leaving Devyani for yet another night out with the mistress was tied in to today's confrontation. It would not have worked as well had Brahma been in the Jhaakar house. The screenplay worked far better with him out and about. But...what was with that door he broke to enter Uttara'a house? It opened with barely any discernible effort! 😆 It also seemed like Uttara only shared the events of the evening with Brahma...not the Rastogi stuff...cool!

Rather than have a Priya - Aditya scene today, I would have preferred to see the continuation of the Vidya - Gaurav one. That said, I liked that the screenplay had Aditya share the details of how he stood up to his most beloved father when he tried to stop the wedding. It is good foundation setting for Priya's eventual revelation of the truth to Aditya.

Coming to the Babuji - Devyani scenes...it was good but I did not like the screenplay having Devyani feeling like something bad was going to happen with Uttara. I would have preferred the screenplay showing her character notice Uttara's mood and the awkwardness between Uttara & Rishabh during the V-day activities. That would have been enough to justify her continuing concern about Uttara's well-being rather than credit her with "feeling" like something untoward was going to happen...filmy much?

Overall: Very good episode.
⭐️
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from me today. Kamya Punjabi and Amit Dhawan were fantastic. 👍🏼 Screenplay could have been much much much better. 🤔

As far as next week is concerned...I do not want Rishabh to die this way. I still remember the episode back in November when Rishabh beat the living daylights out of Uttara and she sat there motionless watching him sleep with a knife in her hand. Had she killed him that night, it would have been the perfect battered wife syndrome reaction! I am hoping for that to be the track with Uttara. She is a victim of abuse. Victims will cycle through anger and remorse and go back to their abuser many times before the final inciting event. Today felt like another round of escalating tensions and not the final breaking point to me. As the abuse cycle gets closer and closer to the final point of no return, the intervening "calm time" between the abusive events gets shorter and shorter. The calm time shown here over the past 2 months was way to long. Granted it might have had to do with the importance placed on the Aditya - Priya track but that cannot be the case going forward. The writers have an opportunity to really show the gory underside and reality of domestic violence and I hope they do justice to that. My hope then for next week is that Uttara goes back to an abusive Rishabh like victims tend to do and that the next inciting event happens very fast.

OMFG! what a brilliant episode👏 Fantastic screenplay, outstanding acting by kamya punjabi and rishab(what's his real name?) 👏 Hat's of to the episode director!⭐️ I just couldnt take my eyes of the screen while the whole episode was on air!
Aditya-priya scene in the starting was nicely shot, love aditya, he is such a adorable husband(wish i would get a guy like him in future😍) But why is the valentine date of their's not ending, it should end now, isn't it? No romantic scene today
Uttara and rishab's fight started on why did she tell devyani about the reality, urgghh😡 i knew he is going to beat her on this! Just loved uttara's character in the show, she didn't only taught rishab a lesson but the audience who are watching the show and bear such circumstances in real life must have been affected by her boldness! Hope and pray all such domestic violence ends one day and that day comes very soon. The whole sequence of beating each other was fantastically showed, they were beating each other on screen the stunts were clearly shown, how hard would that be to shoot??😕 Then uttara calls up brahma and he helps her, ufff this guy is sometimes so helping and caring and on the other hand he is a creep😡 (He is like eik sikkey ke do pehlu😆) Didn't Uttara tell him about rastogi, weird😕! The heartbeat played at the background was very catchy!😊

Precap: not interesting for me as i believe that no matter what he is not going to die😕

Overall a excellent episode👏 hat's of to the cast and crew of the show 5/5 episode for me. No unnecessary scenes were shown(thank God)

P.s: today i was very ill and though i'll come and write a few lies but the episode forced me to write this much.

Maryaada Rocks!!

Kamya outshined her role as uttara, she was outstanding and amazing. It looked so real, the pain, disgust and disbelief all the pain and suffering she endured for so long came out like a rushing wind and turned her into a warrior today. I cannot believe how Uttara beat the crap out of that Psycho😆😆 she tolerate all his abuse and now her inner strength came from nowhere and mashed him like a potato.
I am still shivering after watching this show 😆.

For once I am glad that SSP took care of Uttara and tried to protect her and told her not to say another word saying "she killed Rishab". For once I saw the normal human being inside of him instead of Devil. For me it felt like he aa loving and caring Brother who wanted to protect his sister.

My applaud goes to Kamya and Rishab (don't know his real name). She stole the show today.

I am not sure what will happen to Rishab, I do not want him to die as I do not want Uttara to go to jail. I want him to live and suffer along. I want Uttara to leave that psycho man
