Is there any similarity between Priya of Maryaada? Lekin Kab Tak and Riddhi's dressing style? There is no similarity although I like what Priya wears. As Priya, I have to dress for the character which is regular day wear and casual wear. Before marriage, Priya used to wear kurtis, Jeans and salwar kameez. Now as she is married, she wears saris only. Since Priya is young, she is seen in dressy but not heavy saris. In real life, I am a moody dresser. I mix and match different outfits and create my own style. |
How do you maintain your hair? I am from Delhi so my hair is used to the dry weather that Mumbai currently has. Normally, I pin up my hair but these days since the weather is so perfect - I just leave it loose. I am very particular about my hair care regime and use homemade packs to maintain it. |
What is the secret to your glowing complexion? I am not fond of facials but I go for cleanups since we actors use a lot of makeup. I also use homemade face packs consisting of Neem and Aloe Vera. Besides this it is important to keep your skin hydrated by drinking a lot of water. I use wax to remove makeup because it leaves the skin supple and is not harsh. Toning and moisturizing are also an important part of my skincare regime. |
What are the five essential you can't live without in your beauty regime? They are my lip balm, hand sanitizer, wet wipes that keep me feeling fresh all day, body lotion and my favourite perfume. |
Your fashion and style tips for fans? I would suggest that you should have fun with fashion. Don't be a slave and follow trends blindly as you will only end up looking stupid.

Fashion bloopers that make you cringe? I have seen people wearing ankle length boots with short skirts and I just can't understand that trend. The funniest thing is why would anyone wear boots in Mumbai weather? Another trend that makes me cringe is people wearing polo neck T-shirts that have half sleeves. |
Who is your style icon? I like Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez's style because their body structure is similar to mine. Even though I have a big bottom and feel that if I tone myself, I can also look great like them. They are my inspiration.
