My guess is that Pratima in the push and pull , will push Nagraj into the fire, hence Raviraj has made a phone call to Arjun. Since Priya has pushed the narrative that Pratima forgets everything she does like most recently texting Purnaaaji. I think Raviraj will look at Arjun to figure out the truth.

Another theory is that Pratima has fleed, since Sayali stories show temple, Maybe she ran to the temple where the story started.

What makes Arjun think that Mahipat is responsible for preventing them from attending the event? From the looks of it is Nagraj and nobody has held Nagraj responsible as of now.
