Her novel A woman of substance featuring the adorable character Emma Harte is a masterpiece..Years ago , a serial which starred Karishma kapoor on Sahara One channel was based on this novel ...Even before Serials like Santa Barbara and the bold and beautiful became known , this author had introduced many like me to the delights of Sprawling mansions , steamy affairs, business tycoons , rags to riches story etc etc through her books ...
