I won't justify pradnyas chugli. That was unnecessary. But aajoba reacting Abhijeet Raje seemed valid to me, atleast from his point of view.

Asavari is his daughter in law. And Abhijeet Raje has been around almost every day. Considering his age and relationship with asavari, his reaction to their acquaintance is valid.

What surprises me the most is Sohams reaction. Wonder when will he learn to value his mother.

I think everyone's behaviour in yesterday's episode was exactly as per their nature. Good thing was they showed Abhijeet calm and sensitive to the situation and even Shubhra did not protest too much.

Pradnya has a grouse that Asavari is being shown as an "ideal" suun so she took the opportunity to bring her down a peg in Ajoba's esteem.

With Asavari and Abhijeet as the lead pair being brought together, it is expected that there will be friction with Ajoba and Soham on one side. It remains to be seen if this friction is dragged unreasonably too long.

Only silver lining in last couple of bad episodes was that undercurrent is still comic. So going forward the romance between lead pair will pass through such obstacles of pradnya etc, and resentment from ajoba-soham, there will be elements of Maddy aka mandodari or old neighboring lady & of course shubhra to keep the things in lighter vein.

Asavari la sasu asti tar derail honyache chances hote. Indian television has villianized sasus to that extent. 🤢

Sasre aet, so father figure sarkhech oppose kartil (no kapat or kitchen politics). So that will be fresh to watch.

To be very frank, I don't like asavari character at all... Even if she is suppressed, still she should show some satvik Santap..that no one in the family appreciate her hard work etc. But she literally behaves as she is the slave, which seem abnormal.

Even the son is shown too meek, or rather careless which is again unacceptable...

Why a person like abhijeet would get attracted to a woman like her is not understandable, at least to me... At least NS should be shown having one strong point ..then it becomes rational if someone is getting attached to her

IMO if Asavari would have been shown with some spine, there would be no story left. Abhijeet and Shubhra are the ones who will make her realise that she needs to build a spine.

Abhijeet already has mentioned that for him cooking is his passion and his life and the same passion for cooking is what he has seen in Asavari.

Unique quality of asawari is that she is subservient in urban setting which we all know doesnt exist at all in real life for past 3 generations. Esp in marathi families women from past 3 generations r very dominating. 😂so watch it with grain of salt

We have seen this kind of asawari character - middle aged dhaandrat housewife - played by Shubhangi Gokhale in "n" no. of serials & plays. esp. Shriyut Gangadhar Tipre.

The serial is not melodramatic , not bore , not bad , not loud ,not unwatchable .

But , I am just not getting that " must see " feeling about this. Generally , when watching movie , serial etc or reading a fiction , you must have some sort of sympathitic bond with one of the main characters. In this serial , I am not having any such feeling for anyone .
