@Bold. She never sees her Baba's mistakes. At least Shiv is not so blinded by his motherly love to not see her faults. That is not the case with Gauri. She let him DRAG her from her house. She let him NOT ALLOW her to talk to Shiv. She has no spine when it comes to her Baba. On day she should have told him immediately after reaching the hotel that I want to talk to Shiv and sort out our differences and you stay away as this is a personal fight. I appreciate you coming here to save me but I need to fight my own battles and I am very very grateful that I have a supporting father such as you but if I need you I will not hesitate to ask for help. This barging into our pati-patni fight will make things worse and create misunderstandings.

If Amma's interference cannot be tolerated so should not Baba's.

@Red How on earth can Gauri believe Amma despite Chacha telling her the real story and how can she tell Shiv that he is lying. Has she forgotten that he fought with all for her, that he wanted to leave the house and IT WAS SHE who insisted on staying there? She forgot how much he ached for her company at all times. She never called him EVEN AFTER learning the truth from Majnu chacha and tried to clarify things. I think she faltered big time by not believing Shiv and believing the woman who made her cook for 100 people and stay in a kothri as if she has some contagious disease and needs to be be quarantine.

@PS there is one important point why Gauri did not believe Shiv. Remember the message that Amma sent on Shiv's phone to Gauri (with Sarla's help) asking her to forget him? How was she to know that the message was not sent by Shiv?

Any scope for Shauri to remain in Mumbai only for the next few weeks 😳 , with Amma unlikely to relent and Dadi now asking Amma to phone Baba and threaten him with Shiv's second marriage (something that's unlikely to go down well with him).
