Its high time CVs show Gauri's transformation as a smart lady who can handle Amma's threats tactfully and win her heart.

Here is Gauri smiling away in that same sari. Does it look like all issues have been settled happily?
Rishi has posted this on his insta asking if we can guess why she is apologizing. Certainly looks like happy days will be back.

@Red, how can Shiv do that????? After pressurizing Gauri to wear that Sari and gajra (knowing fully that Amma will be wild with Gauri), how can he sit calmly? Not in his nature.
@Blue, With this I agree. High time Gauri does something smart to at least calm down Amma if not winning her over. A few weeks back for some time we had seen Amma a bit neutral and not as aggressive as she has become recently.
It is quite possible that Shiv will indeed explode and Gauri will have to diffuse the situation.
But if we look at the new post by Rishi, I have a feeling that this positive twist will soon come.

Why is gajara an issue? I remember Amma wearing a ton of gajaras in one scene pre-Shauri wedding but can't remember exactly which one. Poor Amma ghayal sherni ki tarah dahhad rahi hai but she is going to end up hurting herself. Shiv better support his wife officially in front of his family because she is facing the music due to his requests.
This is my POV but I don't think the recent episodes are following a particular track these days. While incidents are occurring they don't seem to have a defined trajectory. I wonder if these are fillers until the next big thing. While everything shown is realistic from a general audience perspective there needs to be a more defined storyline. I am not complaining just an observation

What is this issue of gajra and taking pallu on left side. Nonsense . Don't North Indian upper caste women wear flowers in the hair. So much restrictions on what a woman should wear. I think that's every where not just North India.

I agree that there have been crammed a lot of incidents one after another going against Shauri with Bauji also being shown to be somewhat unreasonable (not his nature). They have also balanced these negative incidents with equal number of positive incidents supported by Dadi. I think if we imagine that the next big thing is an HM then everything falls into place. IMO, the atmosphere for HM is being created.
