Hey Kshiti,Welcome back.

I knew you'll come back.One who opens new thread of JYRG,goes missing for sometime but not for always haan 😆(exception is a rule just like Kamal here) and I understand significance of taking break from IF,isliye I didn't make emotional appeal but that doesn't mean I didn't want you back. #JusticeForJYRG was calling you,I heard.😉

I learned it my professional life how positive response plays very vital role.

In our leadership training programs we had 360-degree survey in which, besides pre-set questions we had to collect feedback/ comments from peers, seniors, friends, subordinates and even from family members.

In 1st level of survey there use to be all type of comments (positive, negative, general, etc) about oneself from them.

In 2nd level, of survey it was required to mentioned only 'strengths and Positives" about oneself by his/ her peers, seniors, friends, subordinates and even from family members. The reason given was - it's human nature to remember negative comments than the 'positive' comments. Since then I try to be as much positive in approach and communication as much possible.

So, request all to have positivity around. Let the inevitable come. But let's part with good memories and not with 'negativity'!!

No,they changed the rules and hashtag search results depends upon people you follow,hence #JusticeForJYRG tweets are not visible to me.So,I was thinking abt tomorrow(,you know how far sighted I am *cough* *cough* 😆) that when some random ppl will join how can we search their tweets?

Ive sent Vidya instructions for twitter trending, she will add her inputs plus pass on the message to other twitter experienced people and then will come up with a consolidated message over here...so dnt worry guys..keep ur twitter Id ready

I too feel we should add JYRG along with #JusticeForJYRG to search for the related tweets...searching JYRH helps to bring up the related tweets..

OK, about the twitter, even without hashtag JusticeForJYRG is traceable, I found it.

Frankly speaking, mala fakta AD - MD la best jodi cha award milnar nahi aahe ya gosticha khup vait vatate aahe because they really deserve this awards.

Last yr they removed ELTG in August. UK-Spruha could have won best pair award. These awards are anyway manipulated by channel. They won't give a damn to protests. Lajja - this serial won so many hearts but it started somewhere in between july -aug , lasted for 1 yr and ended before awards. It did not get a single award despite strong story and performances.
