Finally, someone who has similar views like mine. I think her anger is justified. They were taken advantage of, it was her son who was 'baleecha bakara', her son had to adjust and may be adjusting even now and for life. Any loving mother will take this seriously. So what if MAD told him the truth on first night. It was because she did not want to eat Pedhe with AD at the time. If she wanted to be truthful, she could have told him way before.
So Mai is taking the right stand. If she takes this lightly and Samjootdar pane, then who knows, she and the Desais might be taken for granted again and again by Kudalkars. There is a saying: "Maati Mau mhanun koparaane khanoo naye". Appllies here... To avoid any more hurt to er son in the future, Mai needs to be strict and show her displeasure. Else 'fasavanook' by Babaji and gang will go on in some way or the other
