Tanisha gives the papers to the judge and says that mamta signed the papers and she has no right, akshay asks tani to keep out of this, tani asks her to keep quite and let it be and she willl handle it, the judge says that it proves that krish is tani's legal son, sid objects that tani and akshay don't live together… the judge says that mamta is krish's real mom, but legally akshay and tani get to keep krish, but provided tani and akshay live together, everyone are shocked, tani screams and says that she will live with akshay prove to be a good mom and a wife, the judge asks akshay what he wants to do, akshay remembers what mamta's mami told him about her character, and then says that he accepts the decision… mamta is heart broken, the judge says that the court is adjourned for the next day, and akshay and tani can take krish home… akshay wonders what tani is upto… mamta is completely broken… (that was the worst thing that mamta had to go thru, gosh i can never forgive that tanisha)😭
Tani picks up krish and says that she wll live with him and be a nice mom, akshay takes krish away from her, akshay says that he cant trust her, and he just did this for the krish… krish leaves akshay and runs towards mamta, manta picks him, sid smiles, krish wipes mamta's tears, tani is upset… mamta thinks that what a struggle is this.. Akshay goes to mamta and calls krish, he picks krish up and leaves, tani gives a wicked smile, mamta asks him to stop, she says that he blamed her for krish missing, and he used tanisha to get krish, if he would just told her, she would give krish to him, and she would be happy that krish is not near tanisha, tani gets mad, akshay says that he didn't know anything… mamta cries and leaves…. (how can akshay forget that tanisha threw krish from the terrace???)
Sid and mamta asks vandana why is she crying, vandana says that a mother cant live without her child, and now that simran left for new Zealand, she is missing her… mamta cries and leaves… sid says that he will check whats the matter, probably she is missing simran...(she left and we didnt even know???)😕
Dadi welcomes krish and akshay and is about to shut the door, just then tani opens the door, dadi is shocked…dadi asks her what she is doing her, tani touches her feet and says that she is back in the house, akshay and his dad look upset, tani comes and takes a look around the house, everyone is dead upset.. tani goes up and looks at akshay and says "home, sweet, home" (omg, i am so gonna kill her)
mamta cries and tells sid that why does all of this happen to her?? she hasnt done anything wrong, so why with her? sid asks her to take control of her self, mamta says that how can she be calm? and if God is always with the truth, then why isnt God on her side, sid says that court has yet to give the decision, sid adds that he didnt care about love, life, relationships, and mamta was the one who taught him that.. mamta cries bitterly, she rests her head on sid's shoulder (a real cute scene)
dadi says that she wont tolerate tanisha in the house, akshay says that once the situation is under control , he will think what to do, dadi says that she will go cook, tani comes there and says that she will cook for them and his "raja beta" krish.... akshay thinks about what all happened, his dad consoles him.. akshay says that he only did all this for krish... tani comes there and says she knows how to take advantage of the situation...
tani tries to feed krish, krish keeps saying no, and then he drops the food down, tani looks up at akshay and says that "our" krsh isnt eating, akshay asks her to join her name with krish, tani calls everyone to eat, she goes to tani and forces her to eat, some one rings the bell, its akshay's mom(who is changed), on the wheel chair, tani looks at her, and is dead shocked...
