Summing it in one line, the Channel is the king and one really needs to be cautious as to not hurt their sentiments. This holds true not only for TV production houses but also for the star cast.
I sometimes hate journalism. They don't have the courage to write the truth. The fact is that these shows are being axed in pursuit of very high TRPs. A simple survey of MTPH viewers will tell whether the show lost steam or not.. and that too after the lead actors get married ???... I think they have lost their common sense. This is unheard off at least on indian television.
