Anu asks Sanju what the topic for tomorrow will be and Sanju replies 'Sanam Bevafaa', and Sid is surprised. Then Sid gets out of his car and sees Sanju standing by Devika's car.
-Episode-
It starts off with the phone ringing in the office reception. The receptionist answers the phone but it is a blank call. She tells the peon that this must be the tenth time today. Ramdev (the peon) hits on her and says it must be for her since she is the most beautiful in the office.
The phone rings again and this time a guy asks for Sanju's cell phone number. She refuses and says she can't give him her extension number but the guy hangs up. She decides to tell RK about this.
-Conference Room-
Anu, RK, Devika, Sanju, the spit guy and some other guy are discussing how to make their paper more popular. Sanju suggests attracting the new generation by creating interesting columns. The spit guy, totally hitting on Sanju agrees with her on everything.
The receptionist comes into the conference room and announces that the office has been receiving numerous blank calls from some guy. Sanju is surprised to hear this.
The other guy says that it could be a girl, specifically one of RK's girlfriends looking for him. The receptionist says that it was a guy calling for Sanju and asking for her cell phone number. Sanju and Devika both exchange thoughtful looks.
Anu tells the receptionist to transfer the call to the conference room and tells Sanju that she will pick one up and the other can be picked up by her (Sanju).
The phone rings and Sanju exchanges looks with Devika, but Anu urges her to pick the phone up.
Sanju shouts into the phone at the blank caller but it turns out to be Chandu mama on the other side. Anu puts the phone down and goes back to her seat while Chandu mama tells Sanju that he forgot why he called because the blank calls have driven him up the wall.
He tells Sanju that he is going to report it to the police, but Sanju stops him and says she'll figure something out when she gets home. After putting the phone down Sanju tells everyone that her house has been receiving blank calls too.
Anu wonders who it could be and Sanju replies that the one who loves her a lot, but he can't say it. Anu asks if she suspects someone and Sanju says that she is sure. RK asks who he is and Sanju says that she can't say anything for now.
-Sanju's House-
Rekha tells Rachna that is must be so hard for Sanjana to be working with Siddhart's wife. Rachna replies that she would never wait 5 years for the same guy. She would keep changing boyfriends. Chandu, also present in the room, praises Rachna and says that she will surely make her father proud some day. His wife walks in and he says that just one is enough.
The wife asks chandu if he payed the electricity bill. Chandu denies and says he'll do it tomorrow. Nellu comes into the room and asks if the electricity gets cut and Chandu says it doesn't matter. Neelu snaps back that he doesn't do any work all he does is sit at home. She asks him to be a bit useful at least.
She then says in a disapproving tone that looks like Sanjana will be remain single all her life. She tells him that Rekha is older than Rachna and she can get Rachna married only once he gets Rekha married. She says that her husband takes care of all the expenses so he can at least do some work. She asks him to be a good father at least and find a groom for his daughter.
Rachna tries to shush Neelu and but she tells both girls to get up and clean their room, following them out.
Chandu's wife asks him how he can be so quiet after listening to all that. Chandu says he never feels bad when one of his own says anything. He wife pines that she prayed for much for him to improve, but he just is not smart. He asks her if she thinks he isn't smart. She says well use the smartness and earn something. They have a young daughter to marry off.
Chandu finally announces that he is going to work now. His wife starts praying and thanking god. Chandu says that he would never go out and work, he is going to look for a groom for his daughter. He casually tells her to wish him luch and he leaves happily while the wife is sitting there holding her head.
-Park-
There's a circle of people standing in a park, all with their hands up, laughing. Chandu joins in and starts laughing too. Chandu cracks a joke and they all start laughing again. Then he says he has some work to do and they all laugh harder. He claims he wasn't joking this time but they all continue to laugh. He says he's serious and he's looking for a guy for his daughter and he asks if any of them know anyone.
One guy says that he knows an NRI guy but is here only for a month to get married. Chandu says that fine and it should be done as soon as possible.
-Sanju's House-
The phone is ringing and Rachna answers it. Some guy named Rocky announces himself. Rachna says that he's caused enough problems with all his blank calls. Rocky says that this is the first time he's called. Rachna tells him not to call again for a couple of days.
She turns around and finds Aai, Chandu, his wife and Rekha behind her. Chandu sarcastically says that all those calls were yours then. Rachna denies but chandu shouts at her. Rachna's dad comes out and asks whats wrong and chandu says that one day she will defame the family.
Neelu says that Rachna would never do that. She again mentions that he sits at home all day so he gets all sorts of obscure thoughts in his head. Sanjana is listening to all this from behind a door. Radhna's dad tells Neelu to be respectful to Chandu. Aai tells them all to stop fighting.
The phone rings again and chandu advances angrily towards it but Sanjana walks in and says that all those calls were for her. Sanju picks up the phone and straight off tells Sid that she doesn't want to talk to him. Sid asks for a chance but she denies and says he doesn't need an explanation.
Sid walks into the house, on his phone and asks her why she doesn't want to listen to him. The whole family goes inside leaving Sanju alone with Sid.
Sanju hugs him and asks why he did this. She asks him if he still loves her and he says yes. She asks him again why he did it. Turns out that Sanju was just dreaming. She is still standing facing Sid, alone in the room.
They sit down on a sofa and Sanju seriously asks him if he still has feelings for her, if he still loves her. Sid is staring off into space, thinking when his phone rings. Sanju says bitterly that it must be his wife's call.
Anu asks him where he is and Sid says that he found an old friend and he'll be home soon. Any says that she loves him and all Sid says is, same here and cuts the call.
Sid asks Sanju for forgiveness and she says she can't forgive him. Sid mentions circumstances and sanja snaps back that humans make mistakes and they blame circumstances. She then apologizes and says that the situation can't be changed and she doesn't want to hear anything from him.
He tells Sanju not to live in the past and Sanju says that the past was frozen in place for her, but it will melt away soon. She tells him that she was living without him before too, and so she will continue doing. And she asks him to leave because Anu will be waiting for him.
Sid leaves and the family enters the room and surrounds her just as she breaks down crying.
