Ishaan, on the other hand, always came across as a non-judgemental , normal guy even before he came to know about Mahi as a person, as of now, it looks to me that he just enjoys Mahi's company, has a great time hanging out with her & so he spends his time with her, he could have got bored of spending time with the same kind of women all the time & Mahi would have come across as a breath of fresh air in terms of her chilled out attitude, fun loving nature and sense of humor. May be because she is obese he doesn't feel the pressure to impress her like he might be feeling with the other women he goes out with, for all we know Ishaan himself may not be fond of trying to impress someone by looking a certain way or dressing a certain way etc and hence doesn't expect that out of Mahi as well?! It might explain why he is nice to her and thinks she is perfect, he might personally prefer well sculpted slim women for romantic liasons or even for his spouse but he doesn't undermine the people who don't exactly fit in that category which doesn't make him shallow ! As for him being nice to her by sending her flowers, I think that is basically in his nature to return a gift, I personally don't think that he is enamored with her or anything (although the way he was looking at her in the elevator last week seemed a little out of place to me), in fact he has never given out any signals which indicate that he is interested in her a romantic way, he was behaving more like a buddy with her , however she is misconstruing it because of her obsession with his persona, she will learn to be a bit more realistic once she realizes her folly in due course of time.
But to maintain a shape, to look presentable, reach the level of success he reached ... and to get academically qualified at the same time ... plus get the habbit of talking smooth ... TAKES alot of effort. Agreed but how is this detail relevant? I am unable to understand?!
Imagine Ishaan + Mahi. Will this look rational? I am not getting the undertones of this statement 😕. IMO, Mahi-Ishaan pair will not look rational because Mahi doesn't really have that connection, that natural comfort level with Ishaan
Mahi needs to sacrifice her eating habbits. She needs to be more objective, more logical. She needs to be objective and more logical, I agree and I am sure that will happen with time but what does that have to do with her food habits? Eating or not eating is someone's personal choice and that should be respected just as Ishaan's liking for maintaining himself, looking fit and fine and presenting himself well is being respected.
Maybe Ishaan is trying to be friends with Mahi. Maybe he is giving Mahi some dream moments.... Should Mahi not reconsider and analyse the sitation too? I already explained my POV regarding this in the first para of my post. I will just repeat that currently Mahi is so caught up with her crush being so nice to her, spending time with her etc that it is yet to strike to her to analyze the situation, she will get there eventually though, it is a matter of time!
If Ishaan is reckless and spoilt (which I dont know if he is), then also shouldnt Mahi reconsider her own values with his? I need some clarification here - what are you hinting at when you say that Mahi should reconsider her values? I would like you to elaborate a bit more on the "values" bit as I am unable to understand your point.
