Even at the start of the show I had mentioned that Rudra is another name of Lord Shiva. And apart from consuming Vish another important aspect Shiva is that he has killed moh or shall I say when devas tries to seduce him using Kamadeva creating the illusion, though he was distracted for some time , he understands the illusion and burns down Kamadeva. But the same Shiva bows down in front of Parvati's Prem which she showcases by taking the hard path of tapasaya. Shiva is about killing the moh, but making Prem eternal. He shows the difference between moh and Prem.
For me Rudra was that yesterday. He was a youngster lost in moh of relations. He didn't wanted to go for Amrit because he was happy with his little family of his dadi, parents and his love Maya and friends punnu and Charles.
He was brutally awakened by the illusion by the death of his dadi, mother, friend and near death situation of his wife Maya. His father's condition added misery to his already wounded status. Still he fought , fought at every step and yesterday by fighting his father he showed what Prem is.
When Rudra tells the dialogue Prem is saving the girl for fulfilling his duty as the protector and then coming to you also it clearly showed how much this boy has matured. From boy to man he has understood the difference between duty and rights, between illusion and reality, between logic and conscience, and he has learnt if apne is wrong he has to fight with them also for his duty. Fighting apne in line of duty doesn't mean lack of Prem, but it is also a way of showing Prem. Prem is not always supporting, but taking pain to correct apne is also Prem.
Rudra has grown up, he has grown up to take the mantle of responsibility of the protector on his shoulders. The emotions which were called his weakness, with the same emotions he is able to to do his tasks. Yes emotions are weakness when it is moh, but it is the biggest strength when it is Prem.
Thank you MK CVs for showing this difference of moh and Prem in a beautiful way.
