Arshi,

Garudas may not against him. But Maimui meant that he has to think deeper and about possibilities that don't exist for others.

And that 'diya wala' metaphor was great too. Too much was loaded in this episode.

Is maimui the vilupt Saraswati in a sense?

Each time he says or does something decisive, she takes pride in his actions. But Rudra is on his own too. Competent student.

Yes, how could I forget the Diya wala metaphor! She is the Saraswati for him, for sure - his gyan ka strotra. And she looks out for not just him, but for others too - Maya, Kat ...

It was such an exquisitely crafted and enacted episode, Arshi, that while your post does full justice to it, I feel like watching it a couple of times more before I write anything about it.

It is only once in a while that such perfection, even in the sidey scenes like that of the 'Veshes and Greyerson, turns up, and then one should savour it leisurely, like rolling sohan papdi or Lindt chocoballs on the tongue.

More later, and for now, Utkarsh is forgiven even all those ghastly torture scenes just for the one of the shaktiroopini Bhairavi and her bachuwa!

Ekdum sahi baat Shyamala. Even today the way the sadhus were beaten up by maimui was yuck to watch. The fight director likes to make it gory

But aaj to all the sau khoon maaf to Utkarsh and Babbal and their whole team.

Bhairavi kaun hai? Saraswati hai durga bhi hai shayad

Kal kaha unhone jo bhi maan lo woh wohi hain

Kitni beautiful baat kahi

jo bhi aapke priy hain aapke adarniy hain aur aapke aadarsh hain unka roop jo bhi ho, woh aapka sahi marg darshan karenge. Lekin phir bhi aapko akele hi chalna hoga.

Today's episode was truly one that just drove into the heart. Because it was a heart-to-heart talk of words, of expressions, and of the atmosphere and surroundings. The actors weren't acting. They were living and breathing these dialogues, the moment, the surroundings...it was suddenly as if Seema and Gautam didn't exist, but Bharavi/Maimui and Rudra did.

I also liked the contrast and the way the editing was done. It would fluctuate between Rudra, a Pramukh with a Guru, care for his companions and friends, and the sensibility to be more than just Pramukh versus Dansh, who cares only about himself and uses and disposes of people. Honestly I would have loved if Leela had heard or seen this Dansh. Then maybe she would have questioned the story that Dansh had told her wondering if it was the full story or if there was something he hadn't told her.

Excellent post Arshics .Highlight of last night's episode was the Bhairavi - Rudra convo. Two brilliant actors - Seema Biswas and Gautam Rode together always steal the show .

So well said Shreya. It epitomized excellence in every department.

As for Leela, there has been a lot of discussion on her reaction, or lack of it to the way dansh treats her and to her response to the story of nagas.

I haven't had time to really comment on it, but her character is puzzling and it will be interesting to see how she ultimately reacts to danshs cruelty
