In any meditational process the first thing is to become aware of your fears and then face them. Fear is based in the root chakra which when blocked makes you fearful of things. Rudra's fear has always been that his near and dear one are separated from him and guess for that to be faced his whole family was destroyed. When one reaches the endpoint as one thinks is from where you start again. Once the root chakra is activated follows that all the others too would be awakened so that all his senses are heightened with awareness. Each chakra has its own importance but one the Sahasrara chakra is awakened then one becomes connected to the highest power.

All this is done under the supervision of accomplished gurus and takes along time to accomplish. Guess here the need was for instant power. Reminds me of the cartoon He - Man and his power, what they had shown yesterday. Visually beautiful.

Thank you so much, my very dear Shruthi!

It is all borrowed wisdom, of course, and you should also see Kitsin's very informative post about the muladhar chakra, and how awakening surges up from there.

Thank you dear, it is indeed a lot of new learning for me. While I enjoyed the visual experience of last night, I was not clear about the meaning of that.

Any knowledge of the Astra that invoked this?

Kitsin,

This is a marvellous little post. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

As for the instant power part, do see my response to you on my thread, and my post above to Shruthi here (and there) on the Kundalini shakti. It helps explain how that was possible, though only as a stop gap measure.

Hey Arshi ji. I love your posts as usual! I liked the entry of Bhairavi the shape shifter and also the entry of sexy snake girl Leela! I think things just got interesting! I am looking forward to tomorrow's episode. Looks like this Leela is Dhansh's weakness. His lust was SO clear and he was totally distracted. I liked Leela's acting. It was controlled. Cant wait to see Rudra after his "Punarjanam" and also how he interacts with the rest of the Garud's now.

Shyamala ji,
Diagram is from the net.

Lalitha sahasranamam describes how goddess resides in each chakra, in which dhatu and what food she likes. It also mentions kundalini.
