SRJ-pooja are perfect in their roles...we need to give them sometime...they will ace it...they are good actors...expressive eyes...they can modulate their voice according to the scenes especially SRJ...i just love his calm n composed voice as lord shiva...the mischievious tone of voice as vishnu...the determined n confident tone of voice as krishna...the man knows how to modulate his voice...talented actor he is...for me he is good as shiva...but since i could not forget mohit...it takes time for me to accept...but at the moment i like him as lord shiva n warming up to him...SRJ version of lord shiva is so calm n composed being the life partner of parvati helping her discover her inner shakti as AdiShakti/Mahakaali...i like his way of portraying...
my only hope the makers doesn't rush the tracks...they miss a golden chance in shiv-sati story...i hope they don't rush shiv-parvati story

MK has equal potential...we need to give them some time to get into their characters...its still new...they are trying to break the image of vishnu...krishna...draupadi n trying to undestand shiv-parvati...shiv-sati

what i really dislike was the rush...why they are rushing tracks...mytho shows is ruined if tracks are rushed...it should be shown in proper details...they rush the shiv-sati track when they can show something as beautiful as shiv-sati story in DKDM...a slow gradual process of shiv-sati story to build their chemistry n connection as shiv-sati n shiv-parvati...they have a great chemistry n its not utilised properly due to rush of tracks...this could have been the golden chance to break the sakha-sakhi vibes n connects them as shiv-sati...but they loose it...shiv-sati love story was universe first love story...it had a tragic end but it was so pure...divine n passionate...the makers could have gone slow on it...

whatever was shown i liked it becos i can never dislike shiv-sati story...but i could not connect with it like i did in DKDM becos the track was rushed...DKDM shiv-sati story was eternal...it was the connection for me than i began to love mohit-mouni in terms of chemistry and the same feelings for mohit-sonarika as shiv-parvati...when it comes to mytho we need to connect with the mythological characters they play otherwise we can never love the chemistry...the makers of MK needs to go slow rather than rush the tracks...if you rush the tracks...audience can never build a connection

currently my only connection in MK is pooja as parvati/sati/kali...she is phenomenal...SRJ needs to break vishnu-krishna vibes...we need to give him some time...but SRJ is doing great...

I agree the track in Mk is really rushed. But I think its a finite series, and moreover the show is about mahakaali, not mahadev like dkdm. Dkdm revolved around mahadev and his family and all that he did in our Purana etc. But mahakaali concept is different. Actually swastik acco to my POV not showing life of shiv-parvati but showing the journey of mahakaali means the interrelation of parvati and Kali, her dilemma. Here the difference. So they dont want to waste much time on shiv-sati part. But yeah one point is ek episode mein rakthbeej chand mund sugreev sabko mar diya, they can part it in two episodes.

And I really don't want to compare mohit and srj, at least at thisoment. We saw mr as mahadev for more than 900 epi, and Srj did just 6 epi. Comparison kaise kar sakte hai without giving him time.

And I saw online fans even many ppl around me who actually loves srj's new avatar as mahadev. See not bcz of being srj fan, but I am loving Srj as mahadev. Now who has problem to watch him as mahadev its their POV, but I think it doesn't mean he is bad. he is doing good and getting good appreciation, thats all.

I m watching srj's show since 2008 and bcm his fan from 2011 after watching him in parichay, before parichay I didn't know his name. I still remember after knowing his name watching anand when I searched ant him in google I saw his photoshoot pic I for almost one week I didnt believe that it is srj's pic 😆

same thing happened when I was addicted to yuvraj and then got to see Krishna.

So I understand ppl's POV. Just give him time. And actually just yourself time, to get adjusted to new form of his. We are totally surrounded my MB and dkdm still.

I understand when you become accustomed to the particular image of an actor it takes some time to accept him in a totally different character.Especially if it's a genre like mytho where you get used to seeing an actor in a particular character.SRJ lived the character of Krishna. He breathed life into each and every aspect of that character.
Due to this it will take some time for some viewers to get used to him as Mahadev.

I am someone who has been closely following his work since Remix. Therefore I can say that it doesn't take him long to get into the skin of a character howsoever different it might be from his previous character. He played the calm, soft spoken, humble boy Anand. After a short while he played the spoilt brat Yuvraj who was Anand's polar opposite. He can gel into any character.Vasudev Krishna is his most memorable character no doubt. However he is creating a mark as Mahadev too.On social media, his Mahadev has received positive reviews from both his fans and non fans. Many people are appreciating him as Mahadev.

Speaking of Mohit and DKDM then I am someone who is a hardcore DKDM fan.I loved DKDM and I loved Mohit,Mouni and Sonarika. But seriously is comparison necessary?? Mohit and SRJ have different styles of acting. So it's obvious that their versions of Lord Shiva won't be similar.Same goes for Sonarika's Parvati and Pooja's Parvati.
If a viewer starts looking for Mohit in SRJ and Sonarika in Pooja then undoubtedly he will always remain dissatisfied.
When I started watching MK,I knew I was going to see SRJ and I wanted to see SRJ's portrayal of Shiva. Not Mohit's.
And SRJ's Mahadev impressed me greatly.Mohit did complete justice to Mahadev in DKDM and SRJ is doing justice to the character now.Their acting styles are different.Their ways of understanding the character are different. But both are impressive in their own manner.SRJ has not even begun to portray all aspects of Mahadev.Till now he has been mindblowing as Shiva and Unmatt Bhairav.

As far as those people are concerned who have a pre conceived notion that SRJ will be bad then unfortunately we can't do anything about the.😆If they have decided that they won't like SRJ no matter what happens then what can anyone do?😆

I have watched remix but I don't remember anything about it... I was totally unaware that srj was in that show, I know srj since Shri krishna days and watched most of his shows like uttaran parichay dkdm mb jsk, since parichay days he became my nd my family's favorite, but after seeing him in mb I searched for his krishna pics then somewhere I saw #SRJmania 's pic where his name was written then only I got to know that his name is sourabh raaj jain thereafter I made Twitter account and started following him 😳

Ashi 👏
Well said. SRJ has nailed all the emotional scenes, and we haven't glimpsed at Shiva in full yet. I am also a die hard fan of Mohit. But I think SRJ is doing a pretty fantastic job as well 😳

I haven't watched remix and parichay. I also heard he acted in Kasamh se too but I don't remember. I liked him in Uttaran though. He was so cute that despite the negative shade I watched the show only for him. DKDM I used to watch only at times but he was charming as Vishnu. But Krishna remains my all time favourite.

when its lord shiva...MR is the face...its not easy to take him out of anyone's mind...when my grandmother watched DKDM...she prayed him as she felt he is the face of lord shiva when the show starts...i was like shocked...i guess thats the impact MR did as lord shiva...one lifetime memorable character...

but SKJ...he is playing lord shiva in his own style n charm...he is too good as lord shiva...his tone...his body language...he does the role in his own charming way...he is excellent...its just the image needs to break off...which he will do in another 2 epis...there is more to lord shiva...lets wait n watch...SKJ will nail it...i am loving him as lord shiva...

i like him since anand days in parichay...
